It's
a
nice
store
but
my
experience
there
was
bad.
I
bought
a
loveseat
and
paid
for
the
delivery
which
was
scheduled
for
today.
I
got
a
call
TODAY
saying
that
the
loveseat
has
been
sold
to
someone
else
and
I
will
have
to
come
in
store
for
a
refund
because
there
is
nothing
else
that
they
can
do
on
their
end.
Disappointed,
I
asked
if
I
could
receive
a
discount
towards
another
item
seeing
that
the
problem
was
on
their
end,
the
answer
was
no.
As
to
how
the
couch
now
belongs
to
someone
else,
the
explanation
I
received
was
that
even
if
you
pay
for
an
item
at
this
store,
as
long
as
you
don't
take
the
item
with
you
physically
the
SAME
day
it
will
still
show
as
available
for
sale
on
the
system
because
the
only
thing
indicating
that
an
item
is
sold
is
a
paper
tag
saying
sold
and
if
that
falls
off
for
any
reason
then
the
item
is
back
on
the
market.
You
would
think
that
a
store
of
this
calibre
would
have
a
better
system
in
place.
I've

you

curious.
*Update*
I
went
in
store
for
the
refund
and
to
make
a
complaint.
I
explained
the
issue
to
the
manager
who
was
very
pleasant.
She
managed
to
convince
me
to
pick
something
else
and
she
gave
me
a
discount
towards
the
item.
She
also
gave
me
her
personal
number
so
that
I
could
call
and
check
for
updates
on
the
delivery.
The
item
has
now
been
delivered
and
all
is
well.
I've

item
