My time at Ashley's was an OK experience. They allow you feel out the furniture there so you can get an idea of what you'd want to buy. The employees were not persistent and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The furniture they offer also seem to be of good quality and that's all that's important to me really.

They have a wide selection of products, that are reasonably priced. I love that I could purchase individual items to create the look I wanted.

It's a nice store but my experience there was bad. I bought a loveseat and paid for the delivery which was scheduled for today. I got a call TODAY saying that the loveseat has been sold to someone else and I will have to come in store for a refund because there is nothing else that they can do on their end. Disappointed, I asked if I could receive a discount towards another item seeing that the problem was on their end, the answer was no. As to how the couch now belongs to someone else, the explanation I received was that even if you pay for an item at this store, as long as you don't take the item with you physically the SAME day it will still show as available for sale on the system because the only thing indicating that an item is sold is a paper tag saying sold and if that falls off for any reason then the item is back on the market. You would think that a store of this calibre would have a better system in place. I've attached pictures from my experience in case you all are curious. *Update* I went in store for the refund and to make a complaint. I explained the issue to the manager who was very pleasant. She managed to convince me to pick something else and she gave me a discount towards the item. She also gave me her personal number so that I could call and check for updates on the delivery. The item has now been delivered and all is well. I've shared a photo of the second item as well.

Loved that parking was a breeze but getting assistance took awhile.

Very disappointed. First, nobody is answering their branch tel no., have to called unicomer. Secondly, we don’t know about the other rep, but never trust anything Rep Yanique Terrelonge says to you. Re-scheduled our day to receive the sofa we purchased. However, we called the unicomer and found out she lie about the delivery date, lie about the call she made, lie about the cause was she instead of the delievery team. If you can’t confirm it, don’t promise anything, stop wasting people’s time!!!

I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture that I credit to Angelica, who is the person who answers incoming calls. I ordered a recliner and she worked tirelessly to get it delivered right after my hip replacement surgery. It wouldn't have happened without her. She even called the afternoon it was delivered to check that I got it and was happy with it. She is an outstanding employee that went the extra mile and even when she wasn't the one getting the commission on the sale. The guys that delivered the chair, Josue and Luis, were great too. Thanks Ashley for having such caring employees. My first purchase but Ashley New Braunfels will be my first stop next time I need something.

Want to order furnitures for my family but no website to select furniture. What a shame for American store in Jamaica. The year is 2023.

The service was great. The space is small though, so if you need more variety, that's what Courts provides. It's also uptown pricing, if that means anything to you.

Great customer service from I entered to when I was leaving. Mr Jason Warren was very attentive and very much informed about each household item my mom and I were searching for. Also the quality with affordable prices and good payment plan.

It was my first time visiting Ashley Furniture Homestore and I was very pleased with the ambience and the customer service I received. All members of staff were courteous and friendly and I was very well assisted by Darroch and his manager today. I went home happy knowing I got the item I wanted and the service a customer deserves!!

Always enjoy shopping here. I just went to look for an item this time around. Will go back to get it another time when the fund is available.

Clean and well presented with welcoming and helpful staff. Unfortunately their furniture was not to my specific taste. Not many options for furniture, lack of variety - everything is big and/or dark brown.

They have beautiful items but lacked the staff equipped to confirm what was a definite sale. The rep Yanique was very detached. They operated on sept 21 as if they were closed. I was most annoyed I left my house for that level of service

Love Ashley , good prices and beautiful furniture. Went to Liguanea branch yesterday and was served by Andrea, sales manager, a fine example of excellent customer service beyond expectation. She was patient, tolerant and very professional. She is indeed an example of customer service at its best and definitely an asset. Thank you Andrea because of you I will definitely be back.
