I bought a shower head from the Constant Spring location, had my plumber install it and it broke in his hand, brought the item back to the store and they refuse to refund or even exchanged the item. Spoke with Ms. Beal (store manager) who in turned spoke with Mr. Dabdoub ( owner???) who was very nonchalant, he didn't even dignify me a paying customer who is partly responsible for putting money into his pocket, to speak with me, even after I went to visit his store off Old Hope Road, instead he sent his other store manager Mr. Mackenzie, who was of no help, instead he tried to justify the cheaply made and over priced product. Home and Things has very bad business practices, tacky policies, and cowardly leadership. Please don't waste your time or your money.

They had all the garden seeds I needed for my labour project. Awesome 👌

I had a very bad experience when i went to the store twice on a Saturday. Both the male manager and the female supervisor provided very poor customer service. The female supervisor gave me wrong information which unfortunately cost me a lot. Apparently there was a miscommunication between them and accounts. When I went to the store and complained to the manager, he did nothing. He disregarded my worries and made no effort to fix the problem. The only reason I even rated this store is because I had to, in order to post a review.

Always good the workers inside great but by the delivery area its like the boss asking them a favor not paying them

Worst customer service experience I have encountered in a long time. Purchased a shower mixer which could not work, tried exchanging it on monday. A 10% restocking fee was applied and they do not facilitate a refund. They did not have the corrrect type in stock so I had to purchase the item elsewhere. They refused to return the funds to my credit card. I will never conduct business with these people again. Buyer beware

It's always a challenge trying to pick up your orders. Workers arguing amongst each other. Workers walking all over the place wasting time. I've been here before the store opened and still had to wait over an hour to pick up my order that was paid for the day before. It's so disgraceful for a company of this size to behave in this manner. Next time I'll rather pay a higher price for my own time which is precious. Home and things must do better

Items were properly laid out and the staff Oshane was extremely helpful and pleasant. Customer service was of high standard on this day

Very clean and the workers are so friendly the only time I had a bad interaction is at the collection area where we had to wait a long while and the worker had a bit of an attitude but other than that it was good and they had exactly what I needed.

Wentt to buy tiles. They have a wide selection and I was able to get the ones I want.

All sort of construction materials at reasonable

System for delivery of goods purchased and collected inside store (for example paints to be mixed), on same invoice as goods to be collected from warehouse outside ( for example tiles and thinset) causes customers to have to wait an extraordinary long time as one process (on inside) have to be fully completed and then customer proceed to wait again on other process ( outside) to be complete. These two waiting periods can be consolidated in order to reduce time wasted waiting.

They had like 30+ lights on display, none of them available for purchase...madness literally had none of the lights in stock but so much display I was so angry n disappointed

A Great Experience. It was My First Time Visiting There. I was Shopping for Tiles, Glass blocks and UPVC windows for My Home. Got through wit ease from the Friendly Staff there and The loaded My Goodies in My Vehicle Quickly. Reasonable Priced Items As Well. I am satisfied and will be Revisiting Soon.

Friendly and helpful staff. Generally willing to assist, and knowledgeable of their business. Wide variety of mid-range economy goods. Some high-end brands too. All have lasting value. Generally a must-visit store when I am doing a project.

They have good quality stuff. Staff are nice, alittle on the pricy side. The show room flows, its easy to find what you are looking for. Never got a discount the last time i shopped but we will see what the next visit holds.

The delivery process is poor. You cannot have persons waiting 3 hours to collect a single item
