    Customer service is very good at NHT.....it's the first Government facility I have ever been to where they treat you like human beings, and not objects...... even the security team can be very helpful.....they talk with you politely and they direct you exactly where you need to go.........in my life time, I have noticed that whenever people get bad experience at a facility, they talk about it and tell everybody.....but whenever we get good service, we don't tell it to anyone.....

    I have had some bad experiences with government agencies, however I must say working with Marsha from NHT as been a wonderful experience. She is the best person that I have had the pleasure to work with. She made the process easy and she helped to get all my questions answered. Customer Service +10

    The NHT app is not user friendly for me everything I put in my email address it comes up in red saying not valid. I have tried on numerous occasions apparently it doesn't accept lower-case when I enter it all caps it goes through but every year I have that issue. Been trying to sign in to the app and the email address is always an issue. Fed up

    Good day I am a contributor to the national housing trust i can not get my NHT refund from 2012 to present your complaint office need to be investigated they are not doing anything for the employee's of the island Jamaica west indices i need my money now uno too wicked to the poorer people of Jamaica

    Efficient, competent and professional service. Staff from the entrance through to my required department were helpful and gracious. After having negative experiences elsewhere, The NHT restored my faith in humanity.

    The first thing they you need a mask to enter building all the worker inside the building doesn’t wear masks, as you enter the door the Security has is own private stack of mask sell at the front door.. Customer service was very unprofessional you ask questions they keep on saying system is down ask to speak to supervisor they not in offices I should come back next week or when ever This was very bad experience at the Spanish Town location just when to renewal my contribution

    Deception! Deception! Deception! Visited the office 2019 was told I had the requirements to get a loan but the only hindrance, "I wasn't permanently employed. Visited again and being permanent and applied for a scheme house. Not getting a call back I called only to be told I MUST have certain points. If not, have someone transfer their points, which I don't. I wasn't informed during my visits. It just seems to be deception. They make it seem easy but it's not. I desperately need a home, with my 5 years old child and senior citizen mom. My toddler cries day and night and now refuses to do school work because he is depressed of the current situations in the environment. It was a struggle and constant enouragment that I'm seeking a home that resulted in him being top boy etc. at graduation. From the looks of things, seems only those who have links can be qualified. Is NHT really the "Key to Your Home?" Getting a home with not enough points, is impossible. This 52-week requirement is a sham. NHT need to publicly declare, "Main requirement is have a certain amount of points and links, including nuff cash". Houses are sold by NHT, and in a short span are up for rent, for a hefty cost. We who need it, not getting it. How many more times must I apply to get a home? Deception! Deception! Deception! Lord have mercy!!!

    I don't know if it was the time of day or branch that we went to, but everyone was prompt, helpful and respectful. Got sorted WITHIN lunch time, unheard of from government agencies in general.

🫀 Please reconsider the process for travelers. The timeline isn’t reasonable. There needs to be a quicker turnaround time for the authorization results. It will give ppl a chance to fix their issues if need be....
