Worst experience ever with an insurance broker it's as if everyone there is new because no one fully understand the Operations of the company that they get clients for my review is with general accident.

Good service from Ms Chung

Called the front desk to fine out info and a car licence and the Secretary and she is no good help.

Paid 15 grand. Canceled it next day, they said they only take a fee of 20 percent if you cancel. My check wrote 5025 JMD. Bossman you can keep your 25 cent. Trying to make it look more.... Kmt

Awesome staff who care about there clients.

Worst place to do business. Very unprofessional. Lack transparency. Don’t value customers at all. It doesn’t matter if you met in an accident and you are not at fault. You won’t be compensated. Claims department lazy, repetitive with their insurance jargons. They are never willing to assist. Choose somewhere else to do business. This place is definitely not it. If I could choose zero star. I would do so.
