The hotel of itself is opulent. The service at the Starbucks is what you will expect, respectful and accurate.

No Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, but they do have patties and the staff and ambiance are great.

My fav Starbucks store in Kingston ❤️ never a dull moment with the staff. Big up to Paige, Roshane, Bri, Tem u and Kevi for always making my fav a moment one. They are always willing to help or suggest a drink to my liking!

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Had a late lunch here and the bartenders were good. The pork was smothered in sauce, the server mixed up the menu order on the salmon so I was somewhat disappointed about the meal.

Loved it here, perfect spot for a quick catch up with a friend, not much seating and sparsely placed so as to obvserve social distancing protocol, baristas were genial and knowledgeable. Try the lemon pound cake and the caramel frap!

Consider yourself to be on foreign soil when you enter. That's reinforced by the decor, service and prices. Overall good value.

Had a pumpkin spice Frappuccino for the first time and it was just what I needed. I didn't quite enjoy the chicken pesto sandwich when compared to the tomato and mozzarella sandwich I'd had many times before

Its quite a happeneing place so dont expect peaceful sitting. Good coffee, good snacks. Good for casual catchup but not for students to work in isolation.

This is an excellent location; my new getaway for family, myself alone or with friends. Malcolm and Nick with their unique creations keeps us coming back for more! This is my preferred Starbucks in Kingston. The staff is always pleasant, service is quick and seating is usually available.

Convenient location right smack in the AC hotel. Great service and loved seeing the incorporation of jamaican sandwiches 🥪 👌

There is always available seating available within the coffee shop or hotel reception for meetings. Very clean and good service. However this is the most expensive coffee shop that I have been to west of the Atlantic. Coffee or tea here costs more than Manhattan, NYC - and the prices are in USD, not JMD.

Starbuck was great, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, the workers were very polite and helpful and the drinks were really great. One thing that annoying though is that they use foreign currency as the pricing as to better cater to the tourist and business-related person, but for local consumers, it'll hurt your wallet as prices depend on the state of the Jamaican dollar

I've always had good experiences at Starbucks, especially when I take my kids. Nate is a real asset to the team, and he always remembers my name and my kid's names which I think is very cool. My only gripe is that the service can be slow and the food isn't good but I think that the food in Starbucks all over the world isn't great anyways.

When the baristas see me, they knew I was coming for my iced pumpkin spiced late, ha. Thank you for the fantastic service!

The hotel staff was very helpful to allow me to park in front of the entrance when he realized that I couldn't find parking space. I got my mojo and left without a hitch. Good service by the barista who was the only one there at the time. She did really well to manage a bunch of customers without fuss or fight. Good job.

Comparatively this Starbucks is a bit more expensive than the other stores because the prices are in USD then converted to JMD... but I still visit here on occasion and I always enjoy it. The staff here are lovely and the environs are veryyy spacious and good for some solitude with a good book and a treat, or a short coffee meet-up with associates. I don't visit often but when I do I enjoy it!

Staff was pleasant. Service a little slow. Coffee, tea beverage and the bread pudding were good. Pumpkin bread was a little too sweet for me though. The table where I sat, the floor had a lot of pastry/biscuit crumbs on the floor which no one cleaned. This was 1:30 pm. I had to clean the table myself. But wasn't comfortable sitting in the mess. I think they should have a staff member checking these areas from time to time to ensure they're clean.
