I was expecting this place to have a seating area. Instead nowhere to sit but outside. The customer service was okay. But when i received my meal, first of all they gave me the wrong thing. Then when i got what i wanted the wings were cold and hard. That spicy guava jam, tasted like ketchup. I didn't taste ang spice nor guava. But the proportions of the food wes fair

Worst customer service possible. I read the reviews before but tried ordering for delivery anyway. She spoke so low you could barely hear and to top it off after I gave her my phone number she asked if it was an international number and I told her yes. After waiting an hour the food didn’t come.I called back and she told me they tried calling me but my number was unavailable. I asked her to repeat the number to make sure she was calling the right number. She had the number correctly but was dialing without the #1 in front so she was not getting through. She argued with me for about 5 minutes telling me I didn’t tell her to put #1 before the number. Didn’t know I needed to teach her to make a call, I thought I was just ordering food.

Great place for wings and Devon House ice cream. Friendly and fast service.

Mediocre at best.For an establishment that specializes in wings it should be top tier. I got extra crispy wings with mac and cheese balls. The mac and cheese balls lack crunch and flavour. Needs more salt and better texture breading is needed some cheese would be nice too so when you break it apart it has a little cheese pull like I said mediocre nothing wow or nothing I would crave again. As for the wings they were crispy a touch too salty and some of them tasted fishy which is an indicator of using bad oil.The bacon cheddar sauce honestly was a joke i couldn't believe there were just chunks of cheddar cheese in it and some big dutty pieces of bacon. Its a sauce it shouldn't have chunks of anything, you need to get the bacon extra crispy and crush it up very fine, use some of the bacon grease in the sauce and melt the cheese!!!! Cold hard cheese in a sauce is unappetizing same for the soggy cold bacon.Thats my critique, I hope you can make some changes for a better finished product,but until then I probably wouldn't order again.

The wings were tasty luckily. The wait was too long and the atmosphere needs some jazzing up. The place is not really appealing. I was just hungry I guess. Customer service was traditionally Jamaican with attitude and towards a new comer from NYC that’s just a no no. I did nothing wrong to the cashier but her face was just stale and I haven’t gone back sense unfortunately.

Went here with high expectations that weren't met. The food tasted way better when they just opened than than it does now. The spot in ligunea looks awful. And they have no more deals! Very disappointed

Additional changes to make: The location is convenient (Oaklands) but looks awful, management of the compound is costing you funds ( people don’t like staying there-just pickup). I would like to see the entire area renovated. There is really no need to have people inside if the compound remains in such a state. Wingking could just use the opportunity to place new seatings outside with everything branded🌸 (The roads being repaired so decor☂️🟨🟧⬛️) Delivery inside Oaklands not free on purpose! I see why but bruh! Menu: it doesn’t look 😋(update) and maybe have samples for newbies( don’t be stingy with the sauce)😭 Security needed on the compound hence my “bruh” for delivery fees inside oak... Honestly, I have been a patron for years especially while they were at Oaklands. Sadly, I have found that the quality though ok, is not what it used to be. I have all faith they can make a comeback but that unique spark they had isn't there. I recommend that they re-test seasoning for their batter as it was flat compared to what I am accustomed to. The strawberry bbq sauce (hot) was mostly hot without that usual balance of sweet that made it a winner. Amazing service though and the Devon House ice cream collab is a win for me.

Food was good but the restaurant needs some work and more staffing.

Went to the Portmore location for the first time. Dijanae recommended that I try the grilled chicken lunch with rice, so I did and it's honestly delicious. I also paired it with their sweet potato cheese balls and it took the food to another level.

It's my first time buying and I didn't enjoyed it,I wouldn't recommend no one to buy here,the chicken is dry,the fries are fresh no salt and the sauce is not saucing

The Liguanea Branch Is slow, expensive, the card machine does not work, nor does the AC and the wings just don’t taste that good. Avoid/go to KFC instead.

The wings were dry and very average at best. I really liked the sauces I tried, I had the spicy strawberry bbq and the guava jerk. Wedges were good and the mac and cheese ball was alright. Overall nothing special about the restaurant. Also they did not have a sitting area

Food is ok but ... service is lacking

So I really enjoyed getting wings from this place. Initially I was a HUGE fan of the Buffalo Wild wings but they changed the formula (or maybe the chef) and now the Buffalo Wild is waaaaay to WILD, it's almost inedible. Not to be stopped from getting my Wing on, I fould a new favourite but too soon fell off par. I gave them one star not because of the food, because in all fairness it is edible, but because he customer service. It is HORRIBLE. Once I went un store after trying to call a number of times and the lady at the front rudely told me she was busy and didn't have time to answer the phone. I've stopped going and calling.

Same service as I always knew The first time I ordered from WingKing is just like my last. They always deliver on the sauce. This time I felt like my wings were a bit too oily and that there wasn't enough salt on my wedges and wings but the wings were cooked perfectly through. I expected them to take 30 mins before I went to go pickup but I got there at 22 mins and it was ready for me, still hot. Don't call the 842 number on a Sunday, and don't expect char-grilled wings either. Just expect the same great sauces and good chicken.

My favourite place for wings! Call ahead and skip the wait... I'm visiting today again. don't forget to try the dragon stout sauce.. my absolute favourite, but I hear sorrel is the new try this Christmas so ama give it a go.
