I visited this office today and Dr. Nevins was so professional. He explained what was wrong in a manner which I was able to understand. They are the most affordable doctors office I have ever been to. Finally I found a doctor that my son isn't scared of!!! Dr. Nevins was so patient with my son!!! I would definitely recommend.

I must say this is an amazing place. The staff members are courteous, clean and well maintained office space. Doctors @Optimacare are very thorough and addressed my needs. Extremely satisfied.

Customer service in Jamaica is lacking so when I receive exceptional service, I have to make the big up loud and clear. My mother was diagnosed with a medical condition by our family doctor who referred her to Optimacare Medical for further treatment. We came and spoke with the team and was given the option of two specialists who work with the company. They are both pleasant, thorough, obviously experienced and overall solid surgeons. However, we made our choice based on who, according to my mother, her "spirit tek". Anyways, we were assigned an entire team to walk us through the process and help us prepare for the surgery. They helped with covid tests, hospitalisation, insurance, aftercare and so much more. Currently my mom is doing her physio with a therapist from Optimacare right here at home. The entire team has just been incredible from start to finish. Absolutely no issues. Thanks for the support during this difficult time because boy, mi nu know how wi wudda do it otherwise.

The services provided by Dr Shaun Nevin and physio Felesia Laing were incredibly caring and they diligently sought to clearly identify the issues and address them appropriately. This is home care services at its best. Highly recommended!!

I took a leap of faith going to Jamaica to do my surgery, but a friend who had her procedure done with Optimacare recommended that I utilise their services. Moreover, it was cheaper than in the States. lol. I was still skeptical about doing my surgery there but I am happy they proved me wrong. The team comprised of doctors and nurses and I had my first 3 physiotherapy sessions done at Optimacare too. The therapist is knowledgeable and strong. :) The guys at Optima helped with even the little things like transportation and just provided comfort and care for me. They became like my family. The administrator called and checked up on me, the doctors explained everything and patiently answered my questions. They arranged everything. I am happy I made the decision to do my surgery there. Thanks guys, really appreciate your patience because I know I was a difficult patient asking so many questions and calling you so often, but you never once make me feel like a bother.

My initial contact with Optimacare Medical was two and a half months ago via IG where I sent a DM one Sunday night and got an immediate response. The response was quite professional and polite; quite unusual in Jamaica. This piqued my interest. I have been having a long-standing issue and have been to several doctors; I shared this with the the person who manages the account. I was assisted with scheduling an appointment for the following day. I went and the service at the office followed nicely on the pleasant and professional service received on IG. Truthfully, because my issue has been recurrent, I was doubtful the doctor at Optimacare could assist me, but out of desperation I went. Almost 3 months later and I am happy to share that the issue appears to have abated because usually, by now, the issue would have returned. I have since taken both my dad and mom to Optimacare and they feel comfortable with the service, especially how patient the staff is. We are now awaiting surgery for my mom and Optimacare is making the process so seamless. This is a different and welcomed type of service. Highly recommended for how knowledgeable, kind, patient and pleasant the staff is.

I use the home visit option for myself and husband and recently recommended my sister to use the services too. I can say without a doubt that the team is thoughtful and empathetic to our needs. When my husband met in an accident which required surgery, all the services were arranged for us: orthopedic surgeon to do the surgery, transferring my husband to a private hospital, providing at home aftercare and now that he is recovering, physiotherapy. I can't thank you guys enough for what you have done for us. Thank you.

The team at Optimacare Medical has a very excellent level of customer service; quite compassionate throughout my time of illness. They provided detailed information which was used to make an informed decision. A great Management Team, doctors, surgeons and administrative staff.

They charge $5000.00 for a general visit but urologist is affordable .....I have to change my rating because after I booked my appointment with the urologist 2-3 weeks In advance that called me 2 hrs before to let me know they would have to postponed for another 2 weeks.....not reliable
