If
there
was
an
option
for
zero
star,
I
would
have
choose
that
option.
My
story
started
back
in
February.
Cassandra
had
a
Valentine
week
promotion,
I
paid
for
butt
enhancement
along
with
a
belt(exercise
belt
or
sumn
of
that
sort)
which
came
up
to
roughly
10k(which
i
paid
in
full
through
bank
transfer)
and
got
a
Sunday
date.
Unfortunately
the
day
before
my
appointment
(The
Saturday)
a
very
dear
friend
of
my
died
and
JPS
disconnected
my
light.
I
wasn't
in
the
mood
so
I
texted
her
the
Saturday
evening
to
ask
for
a
rescheduled,
she
didnt
answer
so
i
call
but
got
no
answers.
Monday
i
called
again
explained
my
situations
&
asked
when
can
i
get
a
next
available
date,
she
"CLAIMED"
she
did
not
see
any
call
or
message
and
SHE
DO
NOT
ACCEPT
CALLS
and
I
should
have
e-mailed
her.
But
how
could
i
email
her
when
i
have
explained
that
i
didn't
have
light.
Any
ways
I
proceed
to
ask
when
can
i
come
in
for
a
new
appointment.
Her
reply:
the
promotion
is
over
and
she
do
not
give
refund,
but
i
can
still
get
the
belt.
I
was
a
little
upset,
nooo
liess
i
was
a
upset!
Because
she
never
stated
the
refund
policy
on
her
promotion,
i
didnt
even
want
the
belt
but
my
sister
encouraged
me
to
go
for
it
whenever
i
am
in
that
area.
I
immediately
called
and
ask
when
can
i
come
for
the
belt.
Her
reply
"since
its
only
the
belt
you
can
walk
in"
Fast
foward
to
today
April
14,
2021
I
was
doing
some
business
in
New
Kingston
and
decide
to
collect
the
belt,
i
called
her
explained
who
i
was
and
what
i
was
coming
for
and
she
told
me
to
come.
The
phone
was
on
speaker
i
was
near
a
security
guard
who
was
giving
me
directions
to
her
place
including
my
sister.
So
we
all
heard
when
she
confirmed
for
me
to
come.
I
went
to
the
establishment
press
the
buzzer
she
opened
up
and
said
$3500
while
having
the
belt
in
her
hand.
I
explained
to
her
that
i
was
the
same
person
from
February,
this
lady
started
going
off.
Saying
i
can
not
do
things
like
that
i
need
to
call
in
advance
and
make
an
appointment
and
she
was
just
there
being
rude
and
disrespectful.
I
was
showing
her
on
my
phone
our
past
convos
and
RECEIPT
of
proof
of
payment.
She
refused
to
look
at
my
phone
and
said
i
should
email
her
and
i
need
to
step
out
side
to
do
so.
By
this
time
she
was
still
being
extremely
rude
and
disrespectful,
pointing
and
all.
So
my
sister
intervene
and
started
to
match
her
exact
energy,
which
she
didnt
like
and
started
to
complain
about
this
is
Jamaica
and
she
can
not
open
the
place
for
any
and
anybody
and
how
i
brought
someone
to
disrespect
her
at
her
establishment.
My
sister
and
i
went
outside
and
stood
there
while
calling
a
family
member
in
JCF
and
Comsumer
Affairs
Commission.
The
exact
moment
a
gentleman
came
out
and
dealt
with
my
issue
sooooooo
decent,
he
took
the
phone
to
show
the
receipt
to
her
and
apparently
she
gave
him
the
belt
to
give
me.
This
was
by
farrrr
the
WORST
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
i
have
ever
experience!
When
she
realise
that
my
sister
taking
up
for
me
and
matching
her
exact
energy,
she
turned
it
around
saying
i
brought
someone
to
disrespect
her.
I
WILL
NEVER
EVER
EVER
REFFER
anyone
to
her
establishment
nor
will
i
return.
She
lies,
scam,
and
trying
to
play
mind
tricks
to
get
ppl
hard
earning
money!
Imagine
doing
a
service
with
her
&
you're
calling
for
a
follow
up
or
ask
a
question,
she
will
totally
be
disrespectful.
I
call
multiple
spa/skincare
places
and
everyone
had
great
customer
service
expect
for
this
one.
Guys
a
little
word
of
advice:
do
your
research
before
going
to
any
Where
to
do
business
and
support
jamaican
businesses.
By
her
accent
she
is
NOT
Jamaican!
Her

Very
very
veeerrrry
horrible
person.
I
should
have
read
the

before
wasting
my
time,
money
and
energy!
