    First of all am sorely disappointed in this service. Cassandra greets you well on the phone but as soon as she collects your money and you receive round about your second treatment she is no longer interesting in her client. Very pooooor customer service. First of all the waiting area is a big turn off, very hot and the chairs are uncomfortable. persons have to be standing. Reasons why I would not recommend no one to your service: 1. The place is a mess, and should be demolished 2. You passed on your employee to do the procedure on me who has no experience 3. when I arrived 5 minutes late you told me that i am lucky you are still there. 4. Your employee is afraid of you for some reason..lol 5. YOU CANCEL THE TREATMENTS THAT I HAVE LEFT BECAUSE I RESCHEDULE TWICE BECAUSE OF THE INCLEMENT WEATHER. BUT YET, WHEN YOU "CLAIM" YOU FLOODED OUT AND RESCHEDULE ME I UNDERSTOOD. 6. I felt you are very deceiving to your customers and this is my worst customer service experience ever. you took my hard working money that I saved for the treatment and at the end of the day NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER. 7. Your business will not proper because you rob me and you rob God.

    The lady running this place is crazy woman. WARNING TO ALL DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I walked through the front door and this woman said to me she wanted my money first and questions after. I told her I would like to ask about the procedure. She told me no and if I dont understand I should get out because my attitude was wrong, she proceeded to tell me that I had a slavery mentality and told me several times about my mother! She is as mad as hell. WARNING to all Jamaicans. I read the reviews prior and wanted to get a glimpse of the place myself. She is Crazy!!!! In my opinion.. You're crazy lady, no one calls you.. no one in their right mind that is.

    If there was an option for zero star, I would have choose that option. My story started back in February. Cassandra had a Valentine week promotion, I paid for butt enhancement along with a belt(exercise belt or sumn of that sort) which came up to roughly 10k(which i paid in full through bank transfer) and got a Sunday date. Unfortunately the day before my appointment (The Saturday) a very dear friend of my died and JPS disconnected my light. I wasn't in the mood so I texted her the Saturday evening to ask for a rescheduled, she didnt answer so i call but got no answers. Monday i called again explained my situations & asked when can i get a next available date, she "CLAIMED" she did not see any call or message and SHE DO NOT ACCEPT CALLS and I should have e-mailed her. But how could i email her when i have explained that i didn't have light. Any ways I proceed to ask when can i come in for a new appointment. Her reply: the promotion is over and she do not give refund, but i can still get the belt. I was a little upset, nooo liess i was a upset! Because she never stated the refund policy on her promotion, i didnt even want the belt but my sister encouraged me to go for it whenever i am in that area. I immediately called and ask when can i come for the belt. Her reply "since its only the belt you can walk in" Fast foward to today April 14, 2021 I was doing some business in New Kingston and decide to collect the belt, i called her explained who i was and what i was coming for and she told me to come. The phone was on speaker i was near a security guard who was giving me directions to her place including my sister. So we all heard when she confirmed for me to come. I went to the establishment press the buzzer she opened up and said $3500 while having the belt in her hand. I explained to her that i was the same person from February, this lady started going off. Saying i can not do things like that i need to call in advance and make an appointment and she was just there being rude and disrespectful. I was showing her on my phone our past convos and RECEIPT of proof of payment. She refused to look at my phone and said i should email her and i need to step out side to do so. By this time she was still being extremely rude and disrespectful, pointing and all. So my sister intervene and started to match her exact energy, which she didnt like and started to complain about this is Jamaica and she can not open the place for any and anybody and how i brought someone to disrespect her at her establishment. My sister and i went outside and stood there while calling a family member in JCF and Comsumer Affairs Commission. The exact moment a gentleman came out and dealt with my issue sooooooo decent, he took the phone to show the receipt to her and apparently she gave him the belt to give me. This was by farrrr the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experience! When she realise that my sister taking up for me and matching her exact energy, she turned it around saying i brought someone to disrespect her. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER REFFER anyone to her establishment nor will i return. She lies, scam, and trying to play mind tricks to get ppl hard earning money! Imagine doing a service with her & you're calling for a follow up or ask a question, she will totally be disrespectful. I call multiple spa/skincare places and everyone had great customer service expect for this one. Guys a little word of advice: do your research before going to any Where to do business and support jamaican businesses. By her accent she is NOT Jamaican! Her business name is: Couture Allure and her name is Cassandra Wright. Very very veeerrrry horrible person. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time, money and energy! 😑😑😑😠😠😠

    I only gave a star so that I can write how horrible my experience was. At first the owner was the sweetest person ever. Then the lady who was doing my sessions quit and the owner did it herself. She was rushing and I showed her areas that she missed OMG this owner behaved in the most disrespectful manner. I didn't even return for the remaining laser hair removal sessions. Horrible horrible service. I would never recommend even my worst enemy to go there. Edit.Please read how the owner responds to the customers that gave a "bad" review. That should tell you enough.

    This place is set up like a SCAM to get people's money. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! You are warned. Cassandra is unprofessional and clearly the aim is just to get people's hardworking money. Do not let the same thing that happen to me happen to you. I AM SORRY I NEVER READ THE REVIEWS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!! If there was a zero stars option that is what I would rate this place.

    The technician at the time I attended this establishment was very good at what they do. However, I hope that you NEVER schedule an appointment and the owner is around (though this is very unlikely). She has terrible manners and is not very good at customer service. She has a 'do what I say and I'm always right' attitude. I will never recommend this place to anyone because of this kind of behaviour. Her saying this is a fake review is exactly indicative of the kind of person I met when I was there.

    Let us see if the owner will say this is a fake review as well. This was my lowest customer service experience ever and the fact that you are not even a Jamaican makes it even worse. Who do you think you are to come to our country and disrespect our ppl? I believe all these low reviews because I too was disregarded and disrespected. The phone was hanged up on me twice. I thought it was poor connection but when I called the second time I was told that I β€˜paused’ for too long and the receiver of the call hanged up a second time. I contacted over seven other spas that day and the customer service on the phone was exceptional. Cassandra you need to do better. There must be a reason why your overall review is so low. Are all the reviews untrue or your customer service needs to be addressed? Shame on you!!

    At my 6th session for laser hair removal on the face, I was having under 20% improvement. The laser did not sting in an area n I inquired if the owner Cassandra caught that area. She said I should not ask her that cuz that is undermining her n she is not badmind n "thats d thing with u pple (meaning jamaicans) u dnt kno hw to tlk to pple".πŸ˜³πŸ™„πŸ€¨. Am I not the 1 spending my money? I am to take watever she gives without asking any question. And at the start of this very same session it didn't seem like d machine ws even set properly bcuz i was not feeling it n i tld her this n thats wen it was adjusted.while at previous sessions I asked if it cudnt b increased bcuz I wasn't getting any results n she said I shud leave d specifics to her cuz she is d 1 doing it for 14 yrs. I think thats y its required that u pay in full by the 3rd session. And I cud pinpoint hw customer service changed after this. My overall experience was jot good plus d lack of results. I do not recommend this place. Any ignorance or prejudice present is all from you . You were the 1 who called jamaicans "u people". How professional of you to hear personal business in this medium. You were the 1 who tried to over charge me. I dnt know y I wud want more treatments from you. Also u lie straight out, can't you see for yourself d lack of improvement made. Its sad you can't be honest. Instead of trying to refute all the bad reviews hw about improving on your service so that persons won't have to give u bad reviews. @john nolle.
