Good supply of exercise equipment. What annoys me is there is no AC, and the staff hardly turn on the fan or open all the windows. Can you imagine the scent of all the sweaty people. I should sweat because I'm working out, not because I'm hot. Plus people stay much longer at the gym when they are comfortable.

Great place to work out and close vicinity to home. The goal of most of the trainers appears to be personal training and as a "newbie" you are left on your own. Trainer Steven is very helpful and will assist and work with you almost like a personal trainer. The price is great and the machines are enough for everyone. Facility is clean and airy.

Adequate supply of gym equipment and an open area that you can do specialized training (boxing, crossfit, calisthenics)

No instructor to ask any questions on the proper usage of the machines...you have to literally go and read the machines instructions to use them or find someone to ask about the usage of the machines. Plus no areobics class available, just a member leading a group of people exercise. So if you happen to get injured your on your own. Only thing available are personal trainer so if you don't have money 😲well your on your own to try motivate yourself.

My GYM membership resides here, and there facilities and staff is top level. My only concern is the closing hours, since I come home late, I would have loved it to be closed later, like 10:30 PM there about.
