This spot is absolutely amazing! The hikes here are spectacular. Perfect place for bird watchers and nature lovers. Ruth and Bobby are excellent hosts. Home made blue mountain coffee provided in the morning. There is a chef that lives there too and he will cook you dinner for about $12 dollars (usd) very tasty. Decent satellite wifi. But be warned ⚠️ it will take you at least an hour to get there driving from Kingston. You have to drive up the Blue Mountains and when you get to the last stretch... just know that the road is very bumpy/damaged. So a 4 wheel drive vehicle is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This spot is in the jungle so it rains often making the roads harder to navigate. We made it up and down in a small front wheel two-wheel nissan but it was a bit stressful. So bring your own food and drinks for the moments you dont feel like dealing with anyone. Definitely will go back!

Great Guesthouse with lovely people. Ruth and Robby are great hosts. We stayed in the tree house which is great if you love being close to nature. Due to heavy rain, we moved after two nights into a bigger apartment. They do everything to help you out. Great coffee which is locally grown. Breakfast is very basic but you can order extras as you like.

There is no way not to love Prince Valley! Everyone is extremely caring, fun and the environment is just amazing. There are some really nice spots you can explore by foot near the guesthouse and the sunsets are stunning. There are also some very interesting birds in the area (hummingbirds, Patoos, hawks,..)We stayed in the treehouse and waking up in the middle of a mango tree is just very special. Don’t miss out on the food in the evenings, the chef is a really good cook and you won’t get that quality and taste somewhere else for that money. Ruth an Bobby make sure you’ll have a great time in the mountains. Thank you so much for hosting us 💕

Beautiful peaceful place with good vibes, food and cosy rooms. Owners are very kind and friendly. It lies in a valley about 1200-1500 m above sea-level, surrounded by mountains. It's a beautiful place for nature lovers and who want to escape the mainstream tourism. One Love❣️🌴☀️🇯🇲

We had such a lovely stay at Prince Valley! It is in the most beautiful location and Bobby makes you feel right at home. It is a wonderful place to connect with nature and just relax and look out onto the mountains. The food for us was a real highlight - be sure to order dinner in advance, the chef is very talented and it was the best food we ate during our whole trip to Jamaica! I tried three of the different veggie options and all three were excellent. The roads getting to the property are also a real adventure!

This is the 3rd personal development retreat I've had here!!!! I love it and our guests love it...so serene and completely submerged in nature's elements.

Prince Valley was a highlight of our trip. We stayed in the treehouse (double room w balcony) and spent most of our time gazing out at the lush valley of fruit trees and tropical plants. The property is so cool. We spent time walking through the ‘neighborhood’ and walked to a nearby waterfall. The facilities themselves were perfect for our needs and wants. I can’t rave enough about the amazing breakfast and outstanding dinner we had. Bob was extremely helpful and welcoming. I can’t wait to visit again. The mountains are a must! We STRONGLY advise arranging transport or driving/renting an SUV. The roads are very difficult for small vehicles. Bob helped us with directions over the phone, so remember (as I’ve learned visiting Jamaica) is to ask for directions, even if provided directions, even if you think you don’t need them, and ask for help again if you need it. Everyone is willing to point you in the right direction.
