The room and shared spaces, the tv room and kitchen were very and organized. This is a perfect place to stay for those on a budget. We enjoyed our stay there. The grounds are well kept and have plenty fruit trees. There is even a tree swing for those who wish to go for a swing.

The house is dated but for relaxation and being near to the city that won't be a deal breaker...as for the neighborhood..it's prime with a capital "P"...cool, breeze lots of fruited trees and wonderful views of the city, especially from the roof top seating are..makes this a place worth booking on your next business trip to the island
