Totally enjoyed the movie here. Parking was sufficient and staff was friendly. Serving area a lot smaller than Carib Cinema but there's a large food court on the ground floor with lots of option. The cinema is on the third floor by the way. We took the Jamaica Chess team to see Avengers End Game. They totally enjoyed it, we then went to the food court to have cake. Lol.

doesn't have the ambiance of Carib or even sunshine palace (portmore) but other than that it's the same... with much shorter lines. they have changed the nachos... in recent times... not a good move.

Nice environment and setting, even with the smaller size theatre hall when compared with other branches of Palace Amusement.

Great cinema to carry your children especially, due to its location on the plaza where food courts are located.

Palace Cineplex, in comparison to its major competition, Carib 5, really only has an advantage in location as its location in Sovereign Plaza allows for you to dine at their multiple fast food options. The screens aren't as big as those at Carib along with the seating option as they have smaller cinemas. They also have only 2 cinemas limiting their options to what they can show, but you can guarantee they'll have the latest hits available. Please note that due to the small bathrooms, viewings with a large capacity will pack the bathrooms quickly

Little Mermaid 3D is a hit! I suggest buying tickets before hand for the theater so the wait time doesn't affect you. Box seats allow you to choose your seats so splurge a little for the choice. Seniors have a discount but make sure to take your ID. The combos are great value for money food wise. Overall a great experience

Not possible to play movie, so staff put on another movie plus free popcorn and drinks and free tickets to following nights performance of movie we wanted. Brilliant, they went the extra yard!!

One of my preferred places to watch the latest movies. Last visit was somewhat soured by some technical issues which took them nearly an hour to solve, and had many persons upset and demanding refunds, but they eventually restarted the movie. Overall most experiences are quite enjoyable and without a hitch.

Pretty good although we had to wait very long before we were admitted. Nonetheless, it was a holiday and there was alot of crowd so its understandable.

I love Palace Cineplex. It has a nice, quaint vibe. Food is expensive but the movie experience itself is great. The speakers are loud and bassy, which I love. The screen is bright and large. The cinema itself is smaller but that is not a negative for me

Great Cinema experience, but the price for water is expensive even compared to their soft drinks.

Always a great place for watching a movie on a Saturday afternoon. Check out this time for a date with you and the children.

Our visit to this cinema was satisfactory. Although the screen was not as large as at Carib's, it still provided a good experience for us. The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive throughout our visit. We did, however, notice that the straws provided were aged, as they frequently cracked, prompting us to request replacements on two occasions.

Went to the 1:40pm movie today and the counter staff were outright rude. Horrible experience. Especially the cashier in the middle. The Supervisor and the gentleman at the door however were very pleasant and polite.

Nice place to take your family for movie night. Popcorn with extra butter is amazing. Movies are the newest available. The cinema is small, so a lot of talking could be heard by teens.. Arrive early if you want to get in line, otherwise nothing to complain about.

I brought my daughter here to celebrate her 9th birthday and the cleaning lady in the bathroom spoiled her day. She and her cousin went back to the bathroom to get her cousin's jacket which they had left. When she returned she said the lady told them to "come out" the bathroom. At the end of the night we got home she cried, saying her day was spoiled because of that mean woman. This happened Dec 2, 2022

No seats could be found, service was crazy, there was only one cashier but I give the one , the props for having to have to deal with over 200 people and with such patience and humility.. I'd give them another go but that would take a lot of consideration.

I always enjoy watching a movie here to the extent that one can. Customer service is consistently good and the staff are mannerly. The bathroom and theatre are mostly always clean, unless there's a crowd for the staff to keep up.

The (post?) Covid-19 movie going experience has just about returned to normal. I wasn't able to hear some of the characters very clearly at times when they were speaking. I don't know if that was due to the sound quality of the movie itself or the equipment.

A marvellous place to be with your spouse,family,friends an coworkers also. We do work diligently an professional as expected to be here at Cineplex. We do take our theater world seriously an out customers is also our priority.

So this is the smaller of two movie theaters in Kingston. However, the experience here is usually better in my opinion. The theaters here feels a bit more comfortable than at Carib. Also, the staff here is way more interactive and pleasant. Always have a good laugh before I enter to watch films.

Good theater located in a geographical and commercial space which enjoys an excellent crowd that for the most part, conduct themselves with social intelligence and decorum. Decent movie content selection and rotation. The physical appearance and amenities are not bad at all, especially considering that we are talking about an establishment that has enjoyed in the vicinity of 25 years of patronage (sometimes I do forget). Love the space and the conduct of the patrons; no excessive chatting or loud out bursts ... thinking about it, I may just visit later.

I rented the full theater for a birthday party. It was a partial bad experience given the fact that the person in charge of being there to allow the set up was late. My guests arrived and I had not even set up the cake table or where to place the gifts. They were late with the refreshments as well so no one could order drinks , popcorn, etc . The theater's air conditioner was off and it was hot. They only turned the AC when the movie was about to start. Other than that it was OK and it was still easier than celebrating at home.

Good as always but food was scarce. I had to eat my hot dog with just so so ketchup and mustard 😩

Box seats are not larger like Carib. For extra money we need extra space.
