Went to the the one on Barnett street Mobay and let me tell you the disrespect I face from the manager there. I left without purchasing the things wanted, I felt so attacked I know its corona and we all feeling stress but I never knew Corona was killing customer service too.

Even though it was crowded, that is typical for any Bashco store location. The assistance we were rendered was amazing and I will definitely be returning considering the store sells absolutely everything. I recommend everyone to shop there, it's so convenient to shop somewhere that sells just about everything you need.

I really enjoy going to basco but this change when on my last visit one of the sales rep kept following me and everything I touched she burdened me saying "yuh ago buy that" it made me feel small... Not sure if I want to go back

Customer service sometimes ways in Bashco however most of the time they have excellent customer service and things there that you would get at a reasonable price

Great customer service. I wanted a stove top kettle in a different color and the supervisor went into the stock room to get me one. Also, the kettle was an affordable cost.

Except the entrance and exit personnel, the visit is okay. While browsing the aisle there is more chattering amongst the staff than help from them.

The store is spacious, clean and neat. The customer service is pretty good. I have been here on multiple occasions and I am always treated well as workers are always helpful. The store has a wide variety of items from furniture, appliances decor and much more, all reasonably priced. There is no parking which is typical of stores in the downtown area so you have to find parking in an area where your car won’t be towed.

Wide variety of products offered. Location is ok but no available parking. The staff is ok knowledgeable Abt products. Prices are what u would expect on some items.

Not sure why the entire building isn't air conditioned. Especially in this hear. The staff was helpful and I got what I needed. Thankfully, the checkout lines were not long.

I went to buy coffee mugs and rags for bathing. There was a wide variety of sturdy mugs and I am pleased with the ones that I chose. Household items including electronics and great-looking settees, canned or packaged foods and many other novelties are available in abundance plus the place is always clean and well arranged with excellent customer service representatives who will quickly locate any item that you might require or point you in the right direction for any specific item.

Not much items were available the last time I went compared to pre covid-19

I didn't like the lady at the entrance at all. I pulled my mask down for a minute to let my breathing flow and she was behaving the most way. No way in hell, will I be walking up and down and can't pull my mask below my nose for a minute to catch my breath. I'm not practicing to suffocate. Apart from that, I got some reasonable items for my money.

Good customer service, the rep was able to guide me to the right package and select the best option for my needs. Their prices seem affordable

After finding available parking on harbour street I made the short walk to the store on orange st where covid prevention measures was in place upon entry. There was a wide array of items on offer (the A-Z of household items) and with a variety of different choices available. I must give Monday shopping a thumbs-up👍from now on as the lack of crowds afforded me the attention of the helpful workers.

Most of the items are affordable, am able to walk around in comfort cause, the The place is spacious. The location is central to where i live.

Bashco is the perfect place for everything you need. Because of the variety and quality, it makes you want to spend. Customer service is excellent and cashiers work fast. Downfall, no website for online shopping since I don't always like to traverse the downtown area. Unsure about delivery options as well. Not very good people who prefer a no-contact shopping experience.

Highly annoyed with the service

On December 30, 2023, I bought a computer desk from Bashco Orange Street branch. I finally decided to assemble it today January 6th, 2024, and when I opened the box there was no instruction manual. I called Bashco and spoke with Christopher about the issue, he said that he would check if it came with a manual so he took my name and number and said that he would call back when I asked for his last name he refused to tell me asking instead why I needed his name. I told him in case he did return the call as he said he would I would need his name to refer as to whom I had spoken prior he still refused to tell me his name. Anyway, he called back to say it didn't come with a manual and asked if I planned to assemble it myself, I said yes. He then told me that if I damaged it while assembling it Bashco would not take responsibility (no refund no exchange) and that the guys there could assemble it for a fee. In conclusion, Bashco your employees need customer service training, there's no service with a smile. For the 2 Saturdays, I've been there back-to-back they didn't even ask "Do you have a Bashco card". Like Hi-Lo, Laslushan Supermarket, and Brooklyn Supermarket. They just don't promote your rewards card.☹️🤮
