30,
2023,
I
bought
a
computer
desk
from
Bashco
Orange
Street
branch.
I
finally
decided
to
assemble
it
today
January
6th,
2024,
and
when
I
opened
the
box
there
was
no
instruction
manual.
I
called
Bashco
and
spoke
with
Christopher
about
the
issue,
he
said
that
he
would
check
if
it
came
with
a
manual
so
he
took
my
name
and
number
and
said
that
he
would
call
back
when
I
asked
for
his
last
name
he
refused
to
tell
me
asking
instead
why
I
needed
his
name.
I
told
him
in
case
he
did
return
the
call
as
he
said
he
would
I
would
need
his
name
to
refer
as
to
whom
I
had
spoken
prior
he
still
refused
to
tell
me
his
name.
Anyway,
he
called
back
to
say
it
didn't
come
with
a
manual
and
asked
if
I
planned
to
assemble
it
myself,
I
said
yes.
He
then
told
me
that
if
I
damaged
it
while
assembling
it
Bashco
would
not
take
responsibility
(no
refund
no
exchange)
and
that
the
guys
there
could
assemble
it
for
a
fee.
In
conclusion,
Bashco
your
employees
need
customer
service
training,
there's
no
service
with
a
smile.
For
the
2
Saturdays,
I've
been
there
back-to-back
they
didn't
even
ask
"Do
you
have
a
Bashco
card".
Like
Hi-Lo,
Laslushan
Supermarket,
and
Brooklyn
Supermarket.
They
just
don't
promote
your
rewards
card.☹️🤮
