    Went into digicel to top up, and the employee who helped us was the most patient, helpful and friendly. Customer service was excellent, highly recommend this location!

    Worst Customer service ever anywhere. It took the Store Manager to help get my issue resolved. There is no one to replace the Customer Service rep when she is at lunch and when she returns from lunch they say Customer service is closed and you would have to visit another store location. This is after visiting store twice and waiting in line. I had to request the Manager. Some of the store representatives are very unprofessional and has no customer centric approach.

    Extremely slow! I waited about a hour in the line to get a PUK# which only took about 3 mins, after which I was sent in another line. After waiting in the second line for about 30mins and the line wasn’t moving , I asked a worker ( dark skin male with piercings) why the wait is so long and how longer as I wanted to decide if I should go or stay. He was disgustingly rude and proceeded to walk away while I was talking to him. I felt embarrassed and left. This type of professionalism shouldn’t be accepted. I’m only giving 3 stars because the lady was respectful. I’m considering putting my money elsewhere.

    I visited Digicel Store in Tropical Plaza two weeks ago; I was checking my son number, and to top up our Phone. I gave them a three stars, because you of to waited too long to speak to a Representative in line, and to me it seems like is only one Representative there, they needed more than one. Well, my concerns were addressed at the top up machine, and that was less time.

    Something in that store just wrong. When I visited it seemed that their system was slow and the wait time seemed long to just purchase a sim card, I would have expected at least some advice on the wait time due to issues with the system but this was not taught at Digicel university.

    Got my digicel Sim card replaced. The location was well lighted and the service providers were in high and pleasant spirits 😀. All my questions and concerns were addressed.

    1 star ONLY because the customer service lady was helpful. This store is huge and there is only 1 customer service station and only 2 POS stations. I had to stand in line for more than 20 minutes to speak to the customer service agent and another 20 just to pay for a sim card.

    I waited 2 hours and 35 minutes just to purchase a sim card. 2 hours and 35 MINUTES! They didn't create 2 separate lines and have 1 doing phones and 1 doing Sim, seeing inside was full to capacity. They said 1 line. Ridiculous !

    Digicel a giant company. Should have ticket and chairs so you can sit and wait for your number to call, you're standing in line for hours. before you get through.

    There was a long line BUT they had customer service representatives outside, getting the issues and working with you so you did not have to wait if it was not necessary. The care representative that handled my issue was super friendly and I wish I could remember her name because she deserves the kudos. The service at this location is THE BEST PART OF DIGICEL!

    Store is very spacious and clean. Wasn't crowded at the time of my visit. Customer service agents are slow and confused about the task that they are to do. I went there to upgrade a sim card and after 30 mins I had to leave without getting the sim card upgraded. It was a poor experience. Don't think that I will revisit that location again. Waste of time and money!!!

    I give Digicel one star because I went to the Tropical Plaza branch and there was one Customer service representative, four customers one at the rep. And about six other staff members that could only sell you a phone or a sim. This was worst management of workers I have every seen.
