Went to get a diagnosis of my laptop and was aptly assisted by the youngster at the front desk. Very easy to find and price was affordable since it was a keyboard replacement that I needed.

Found Techmedicja online, based on need for laptop repairs. My HP laptop had fallen into a flood from a burst pipe. Techmedic restored it and gave me back next day. Chris and Kayon the technicians/customer service reps are educational and welcoming. That's very important to me. When I went to collect my laptop, it just made sense to enquire if they sold batteries for Samsung A30 cellphones. They did. I waited while they installed it for me. After searching for 3 days for some computer accessories, I found the items i wanted there, got the assistance needed to make the right purchase and they were very professional.

I can't speak to the competence of the technician because my repair did not even get that far. The customer service is rubbish. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

The staff is very helpful and they have a wide range of products and accessories. I needed a charge cable for my original Note 10.1 tablet and the only place I found it was Techmedic. Laptop , tablet and cellphone repairs are all services I have personally used and I have never had a reason to complain and the prices are great.
