Most of the Staff are friendly and nice, the odd one or two are miserable and act like you're a nuisance and they have no manners. They're obviously in the wrong job if they can't even fake trying to be helpful and nice. Other than that, it's just a B&M.

Good selection some items less than other store if you spend time comparing

Call in 2-3 times a week. Great prices for pet food and drinks. Good for homewards, cleaning and electrical.

Shop size not big, less choice than other branches, carpark have 3 hrs free maximum.

They only close at 7pm but by 6pm one off there doors is closed ready for lock up showing potential customers they are closed! & they all want to finish early! That early that at 6:30 they ain't so happy on the tills! Home time for them men by 6 they think!!! Absolute jokes. Talk about customer service pfffftttttttttt!!!!!!

Bought a George forman, got it home part missing, took it back they exchanged it no problem , good customer service

Went in to buy compost at 3 x 50ltr for £12 something, they're heavy and instead of having to drag them to the til the staff trusted me, took payment for 3 and I collected them on my way out. Veey impressed 👍thanks B&M Westhoughton

Is not a bad still very very full lot more electronics then I thought they would as much in there as they can and it was busy so they clearly need to find a new location the strange to see them have gardening stuff in, given the last 2 years and they're even discount in some of it Tails can be a bit slow. But this kind of business works on thin margins so they're not going to have tons of stuff. Just in case 10 people come to the till. you get what you pay for you want cheap. You get cheap. you want to be safe, fast, go to Tesco's and pay a ton

Always very friendly place I go there a lot and not to expensive

When going through checkout I used a card that required a signature. I had my card out, the attendant confirmed same signature as on the receipt I just signed and I was asked if I wanted a receipt and I declined. I walked to my car and a supervisor came running at me screaming across the car park that there was something wrong with my card. What the attendant had done was hit reject instead of accept (as confirmed by my bank indicating the transaction was voided not rejected as the store claims). I then had to go back and run the card again and it miraculously went through because as stated there was nothing wrong with my card. It was really unnecessary to be screamed at across the car park that there was something wrong with my card all because the attendant pressed decline instead of accept.

Lovely staff. Well organised. Clean store.

Quite a large store, usually busy and big queues at the checkouts. Can find quite a lot of nice unique items here for a decent price. I enjoyed looking around here at this store. However there needs to be more staff on checkouts at times as the queue sometimes goes all the way down every isle near the checkout, and during Covid that’s a bit of a worry.
