Just like to say thanks to Chris the man in charge of the bike repairs for repairing a puncture to my wheelchair. And the friendly team at Halfords. Excellent service.

I have nothing but praise for Halfords customer service, I have used the stores facilities and products for some time now and they have always provided excellent customer service, and provided top quality products. The two members of staff I dealt with today were genuinely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend. Ps my 10 point car check was at Halfords store in Workington at 10.30am 13/12/22.

So I went in to ask for a prt got the part paid for it asked if they can install it the guy on the counter said tbey do fit parts anymore well I came the next day to return the part is it dosnt work and I see a man getting a part fitted to his car

They have every bit and bob you could ever wish for apart from a telephone to ring for a 2 minute enquiry. Instead have to use a useless virtual assistant and then a useless online assistant from the other side of the world. Keep it simple Halfords, get a telephone and a human to answer it. Another one for the boycott list.

Bought the roadangle dashcam setup and installation. Dashcams seem great although the team their don't seem to know much about the system I've bought made evident by installing the rear camera upside down despite the sticker showing which way was up. They had another go at turning it round but used a white sticking pad that stood out like a sore thumb, so I told them not to push it on hard as I'd sort it when I got home. He did then go back into the store and get some grey pad that was a better match but I'd had enough of watching by this point and just sorted it myself. Certainly don't think it's worth the £70 installation charge won't be doing that again as at least I would have read the instructions. Anyway they camera seems good and they did try and be helpful just not great.

First time I've used this store today with a click and collect order. Came here to pick up some deicer, rock salt and that was easily achieved using the Halfords website and the friendly staff in store. The only thing that was confusing was the Halfords website said the store had no ice scrapers in store. When I visited they had no shortage so that was strange. The store itself sells a broad range of stuff from bikes to bits and bobs for cars. They've even just installed a large charging station at this store.

The gentleman who fitted my wiper blades was amazing considering it was in the middle of a snow storm. Definitely will come back again.

Brilliant for all motoring needs also tools all on bottom floor if you require push bikes and stuff thats upstairs via stairs or a lift good prices loads of deals on also they do a fitting service

Thank you to the staff in workington halfords for pulling out all the stops and having my grandsons new bike put together and all ready for collection within a couple of hours tonight he was over the moon fantastic service well done boys

Needed a headlight bulb replaced asap - ordered a new one for collection and fitting from this branch around 9am, was ready within an hour! Fitted same day. Fitting was fairly expensive but could easily have done this myself if I wasn't so lazy... nice to have the option! Can't fault my experience with Halfords.

Power check on my electrics showed an issue, so was given helpful advice rather than the new bulb, then after other bulb fitted, a 10 point check, free of charge, all at end of the day. Much appreciated.

Very good service. Battery fitted to Grandland X. Pleased I got Halfords to fit it. Apart from difficulty in trying to remove old battery, I would still be trying to rectify the se-setting of it's systems. Well done.

Very helpful staff! Fitted new windscreen wipers in minutes! No bother at all! Would have taken me an hour! Selected the correct wipers for us too. Would highly recommend and will return. Thanks.

Today, I took my bike to Workington Halfords again joe went above and beyond to help me and explain things. Joe always goes the extra mile to help and is an asset to the company , I can’t thank him enough.

Easy to find right part on website, ordered to collect, 30mins later done. Nice friendly knowledgable lady on till. Fitted myself (rear wiper blade) as just "clicked in", £5 fitting charge would have been excessive as blade was only £6:29
