Situated within the Victoria Square complex the Fossil Store is a keenly priced shop. The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease with their knowledge and friendly manner Lovely watches, jewellery and baggage. 10/10

Staff were very Helpful whist looking for a Smart Watch for 15 Year Olds Birthday. Young lady who served us was very friendly and Helpful, full of Knowledge about it Great Price too.

I didn't go in to buy anything, just ask a question. I've bought this necklace twice in last 10yrs. It broke and I wanted to know if it could be repaired. Staff said 'give me a minute'. It came back perfect with no charge. Great service 👏

I would have given 5** if I had looked around the shop first, as soon as I entered the staff were on me straight away I need time to look around if I needed something I would have asked.

With 4 kinds of bags puchased and a purse and numerous jewelries and my gold digital watch... what more can I say... I just love even just to window shop❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They have got some good collections of watches especially for women.. Even they do engraving as well

I bought a watch and straps from the shop itself. I found out when I got home it wasn't able to fit an old watch because it was the wrong size. I was told they would fit my watch if I had the tool or took them to another shop. I showed the girl a picture of the watch before the purchase. This was really sneaky tactics on the sales reps part in order to get a sale. This is extremely disappointing as I enjoy this brand. I live in Dublin and have no way to get to the outlet.I either travel 3 hours to Belfast or go to Kildare village and both options are far out of my way.
