The experience of designing an engagement ring with Roddy was one of the highlights of my life. To see my ideas come to life on paper and then in CAD was remarkable. Furthermore I learned a lot about diamonds and sapphires during the process of designing the ring which reassured me that what I was buying was of the highest quality and an investment. However most importantly the end I product was absolutely stunning. Breathtaking. Not only did I love it but my fiancé loved it too. I can’t wait for my next divorce so I can maybe go back and design another engagement ring with them. Only joking! I can’t wait to go back and have our wedding rings designed.

Just want to say what a great job and team the folks at Blair and Sheridan are. Despite my beefy fingers, they helped me design a bespoke wedding band that was ready in record time and is just great. The attention to detail, care and concern exhibited by the team was exceptional, including the use of a stand-in ring due to the short notice nature of the request. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Went to Blair and Sheridan to design an engagement ring and it certainly did not disappoint. Carla is lovely and extremely knowledgeable, every step of the way she helped make my concept into a reality and I did not feel pressured at any point. My fiancé absolutely loves her engagement ring! So much so, we have also designed and bought our wedding bands and a tennis bracelet from here too. The team are such a delight, they always go above and beyond and nothing is too much for them; they even managed to resize my Damascus steel wedding band which is very hard to do! Blair and Sheridan helped ensure the stressful task of picking an engagement ring was as stress free as possible! Being able to create a bespoke piece of jewellery from scratch for such a special occasion really does make it even more special and unique. The staff were super helpful and friendly and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I used to live around the corner from Douglas and Roddy at Blair and Sheridan and would often glance through the windows at their sparkly numbers. When i needed my engagement ring re-sized (unfortunately not bought from them) i popped in actually expecting they may send me to a high street jewelers to get this small job done. However, no job was too small for them and they re-sized my ring perfectly as well as being the friendliest guys ever. I returned a few months later to get another ring re-sized and was greeted by name by Roddy and treated like i was one of their top customers. Since then i have had some jewellery fixed and cleaned in store and their friendly manner and excellent customer service has made me want to return (with some pennies saved) and hopefully one day treat myself to one of their amazing creations. To go in to a jewellers with no intention to get a piece of bespoke jewellery made and leave wanting to work with these guys even though they have never tried to sell me anything is testament to their business nature.

Having previously enjoyed an exceptional customer experience in 2021 throughout the design and creation of my wife’s engagement ring, and other pieces, we had no hesitation in asking Blair & Sheridan to do the same with an emerald dress ring. Whilst we had a clear idea of the design we would like the team exceeded our expectations with the end result. I purchased an eternity ring for my wife and I was really impressed. I looked around five shops in total, all across Scotland, and explained clearly what I wanted. Carla at Blair and Sheridan was incredible in helping me find the perfect design within my budget. Nothing was too much effort for her and my wife is delighted with her new ring. Had such an amazing experience with Blair & Sheridan. For my wedding band I wanted to try and find a way that I could use my mothers wedding ring as the basis for my own ring. Douglas did such an amazing job coming up with something that ultimately kept the ring largely intact rather than simply melting it down. He created something truly unique that maintained the character of the original ring but at the same time looked like new. Overall the experience working with them was amazing and I’d love to find a justifiable reason to work with them again!

I would like to personally thank every member of staff at Blair and Sheridan, they have made me a bespoke gold ring that is the Robertson clan crest, I am part Scottish and my family is Scottish, we are Robertson and I thought it would be nice to have a Robertson clan crest, they have kept me in the loop, they have constantly been in touch updating me with the progress. I wasn't sure whether I wanted the first resin ring designed, so they redesigned it and sent me it out again to see what one I preferred, this was absolutely no trouble at all, they also asked me if I wanted the writing on the ring in braille which is a tactile type of writing for blind people as I am blind. I have had it in normal writing as I cannot read braille anymore.they have been amazing and I cannot thank them enough they are definitely worth 5-stars or more and I would definitely suggest anyone going to them.

Had a fantastic experience working with Blair and Sheridan designing and creating my wife's engagement ring. I took in an old family heirloom and came away with a modern and classic ring, while still keeping the special family character. Carla was brilliant throughout and provided great advice. We have recently celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and talked positively about the day we went to design and buy our rings from Blair and Sheridan, from the outset they made us feel very special and important, they took time to understand what we wanted and gave excellent suggestions as to what would work/what stones would be good to use etc. We had some personal jewellery we wanted to incorporate into the design and they did this so well for us. They provided a bespoke and professional service and a fair and reasonable price. We enjoyed the interaction and shared some of our secret wedding plans in Iceland with them - and no one else. We would highly recommend them and hope to return soon for more excellent designs.

It was supposed to be a simple job; make an earring to replace one I lost from a pair that had little intrinsic value but a huge amount of emotional meaning. When it turned out that the setting/blank was no longer available, the team went above and beyond. They used CAD to recreate the original and delivered a perfect match - all at the quoted price. Blair and Sheridan may well be ring specialists, but their excellent service and high-quality design skills are clearly not limited to ring fingers.
