As a local and security officer by profession I used to go in here and alert staff about thieves for years but now I don’t bother as they treat me with suspicion and even watch me unnecessarily from minute I enter store as if they think that I am going to steal after a vindictive useless nearby Boots store security officer kept posting daily WhatsApp messages about me to this store and other stores accusing me of being a thief and a “dodgy guy” including posting my picture. I even stopped buying from this store. I reminded them I used to help them before asking why they now treat me with suspicion, Utterly disappointed and feeling criminalised by Mountain Warehouse.

I would like to praise the manager Angelica and sales assistant Alex for very helpfully dealing with a problem I had with an online delivery . They were very professional and caring and resolved the situation. All the staff in store have been nothing but helpful and polite. I was very impressed.Thank you.

So many products available and both Tamara and I ended up getting two high quality coats. Any other store would charge over £100 whereas ours were about £45 each and we're high quality

The staff were extremely helpful, patient and kind. Julius in particular took the time to make sure I found a pair of boots that fit perfectly and were appropriate for my upcoming trip. Lost my click and collect order after making me wait for 30 mins then said they could only give me a refund when the package arrives even though it arrived 4 days ago??? Terrible customer service.

Went in to Richmond branch and found trousers I was looking for reduced to £22.99. Tried them on perfect fit. Went to pay and was asked for £34.99. I questioned this as the whole rack was marked at £22.99. I was told by the assistant that prices can vary on the rail. Needless ti say I told him I'm not paying and walked away. Had I bought several items I most likely wouldn't have noticed. Watch they don't rip you off.
