    Now I know why my fam loves this place. Probably the fastest nicest drive thru in America. I was in line for few minutes. When I came to pay at window my meal was free... manager said it took to long so it was on the house. Having a long hard day . This gesture 🙌 really went a long way.

    Honestly I’m very upset with our visit. They made us run our card 8 times just to bipass the pin anyways. They came to our table and said the receipt they gave us wasn’t even our it was from outside because they didn’t have enough paper. They were unprofessional and then the guy didn’t put the right name so we were still waiting 5 minutes for our already done food. They walked past us twice and the girl who I believe to be the manager blamed the “trainee” but she was over watching him the whole time. I always have issues when coming here, needless to say I won’t be coming back to this store. The food as always is amazing but the experience at this specific store is not worth it.

    The restaurant has been letting go of how it used to be. In general this location is always dirty. Poor attention to cleaning tables, restrooms and play area for kiddos. They might need more staff to satisfy restaurant needs. I don’t see them passing an order inspection.

    Honestly I love to eat at chick fil a. But they need to clean better, the restroom is super dirty. Other areas need attention too.

    The drive thru is always full when I come here, so I go inside to order, and usually I am in and out of there within minutes of ordering and when I come back out the cars I noticed have only moved 1 car ahead from where I noticed it. There is handicap access and parking at this place as well as handicapped friendly bathrooms. The staff is usually friendly and understanding so I will go back

    Always tasty. Line was long but still got out in 20 min or less. Service was excellent. Kind cashier with authentic casual conversation while we waited.

    Service and food were good. The drive thru line was very long. Parking is an issue at the Loghman location. Prices seemed high for a sandwich meal.

    I am seriously disappointed in the quality/preparation of my sandwich this visit. The chicken size looks like what they used to put on the breakfast biscuit. Easily ate more bun than meat. Also, if your company is going to make people stand out in the desert heat the least you can do is allow them to receive tips. The young lady that took our order was incredibly friendly and helpful and deserved a tip, to which, when offered, she declined. As a company, are you paying your employees well enough to not need to be tipped? I seriously doubt it.

    Chic-fil-a is always a go-to for fast food. The company runs a tight ship and has high standards. Everything is always pretty good, the staff is usually nice and the place is clean.

    Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The manager Katharine was polite and accommodating. My son is a type 1 diabetic and I had a few questions about some of the menu options. She was amazing! Her store is clean, and her and her employees do a great job. Thank you!

    Well, this is the last time I’ll be visiting this store. For the last 4-5 months I’ve had issues with them. It’s all surrounding LACK of customer service and food quality. First of all every time I’ve written their owners about my sub par experience it’s gone with no response. So maybe making several Gmail accounts to complain will get their attention. This time I went through the drive thru and the woman who was at the window seemed to hate her life, cool, & apparently that’s my fault because she definitely acted like my being there at 3pm was a burden. Then they got my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention I was told “well they charged for blah blah blah”. Cool, that doesn’t mean that’s what I ordered. Then I get home and my food was disgusting. Fries were brown and had clearly been made in days old oil, as well as my chicken that tasted like rubber. I’m so sick of telling them to do better and they just keep doing worse. Clearly the owners are just desperate to make a dollar instead of providing quality. Hopefully they shut down soon and bring something worthwhile in. Also, I’m from GA and honestly I’ve never had CFA taste THIS bad or had such awful experiences there. Do better Matt Carper you just look desperate and in financial ruin at this point.

    The cashier was nice. The building was packed. Sandwich was just ok, not great, not really good, was a grilled chicken sandwich. The fries really sad. They were not crisp. I asked the person at the counter, she said that this Chic-fil-A's regional policy is to not crispy the fries. ???? That's why they call them "fries". I could see some people may prefer their potatoes not being too hot. However, if a customer requests crispy fries?

    Went through the drive through, and it was very busy. An actual person took my order who was standing outside. He was very nice and my order was accurate. In and out in less than ten minutes.

    Typically get the grilled chicken sandwich which is always great and very consistent with waffle fries which of course are great. Tried the Spicy Southwestern Chicken Salad this time, was better than I expected. Guacamole Lime dressing was good, salad had cherry tomatoes, pepitas, corn, black beans and Tortilla strips, will definitely get again when feeling healthy. Tried Grilled Chicken Sandwich, was good, bun was a little dry and fell apart, chicken was good.

    Chick-fil-A on Lohman is the BEST chick-fil-a in this town. The service is outstanding and it always seems like the workers there push through amazingly, especially during rushes. When I do online orders, it always taste great with absolutely no issues or anything missing. Sometimes if I’m lucky they’ll throw in a cookie! I also would like to say the workers who bread the chicken do an incredible job! 😊 Thank you Chick-fil-A for giving Las Cruces the best tasting chicken and the cleanest looking restaurant!

    Ordered a southwest salad. According the the menu on their website, supposed to have corn, red peppers, poblano peppers and black beans. My salad had none of those. Drive thru service was way slower than in the past.

    Food is delicious and the girl who took our order was friendly and helpful. The lady who gave us the order was terrible, I commented on the size of drink. I had ordered 2 medium sized drinks and got one medium and one that looked like a small. When I questioned it, she ignored me and said "have a nice day." Then she turned her back to me and went to the next car. That's terrible customer service, no manners. Just a rehearsed greeting and then go away.

    Food was good fresh and hot. Clean and sanitary. I have come on 2 different occasions so far and someone is always wiping surfaces down. Kids area bonus woth active kids.

    Had to park next door because of pultiple visitors- good sing, fresh made food. Good helpful and kind service, children friendly oriented.thanks team that you had a chat with the kids, believe me this will be in their memory and bring them back, it's not all about food but a personal relationship even if it is a few minutes, it's worth the price of a work hour wages.

    Love the Spicy Southwest Salad. This one in Las Cruces and improve in their customer service. Waited for a good 5 minutes in line just to buy a large soda. You had plenty of staff in front walking back and forth. They asked the customer in front of us if he was being help, he said yes, and proceeds to do something else instead of asking us the other customers if they could help us. Until 5 minutes later. So...so..sad!

    I’ve always liked coming to this restaurant. They are always really nice, but the last time I went and ordered through the drive through they forgot to give me a salad I ordered. I didn’t noticed it until I got home which was like 25 min away. So I call and I tell them what happened and I ask if I can get a refund, they say they can’t give me a refund but that they can give me like a coupon for next visit I can get the salad. So then I ask if it can be put into my rewards account and they said yes but I never received it. I also called a second time and the same thing happened. I’ve yet to see a refund or a coupon for it.
