I have been a customer of Kay’s for many years and have since collected a lot of nice pieces of jewelry from Kay’s. In all the years of doing business at several Kay’s locations.. the Coronado Mall’s location has by far given me the best experience. I am so happy with my experience here! I stopped in to find out if a ring belonging to my late mother could be reshaped or fixed after my roommate stepped on it/vacuumed it up, who knows but It was unwearable. The gentlemen was incredibly kind and gentle with her ring and he had the ring perfect again within 5 minutes, I could cry. Even had some recommendations for the future to make the ring last even longer for me. Thank you!!

To be honest with everyone.. this location is not the best. It’s worth the drive to just go to the Kay’s in Cottonwood mall, they’re so much nicer. This location is always lying about what time they close at, rude and rush you through everything! When you’re trying to find that special ring… you don’t want to feel rushed. The other location is nice, closes later and does not rush you. It’s always busy here as well.

Went in to drop off my ring for sizing and then a couple of times after for updates bc no one was picking up the phone and when I arrived Dale’s was extremely rude and talking about me to his co worker Victoria when I asked additional questions regarding the ring. Their customer service was horrible

I went to this location at Coronado mall to look at bracelets and a very kind young woman by the name of Victoria was very helpful and very informal of what she had on display. She wasn't pushy like most sellers are... and engaged in a great conversation and made me feel welcome and forgetting that I was looking for jewelry. Even though I didn't make a purchase that day she has earned my business and I will only buy from her very soon!

I stopped by to change my rings sizes. The sales associate was actively listening and courteous in providing the opportunity to try sizes. Delicately placed my rings on the cushioned display board and took the appropriate completion process efficiently. Highly recommend anyone needing jewelry services, to stop by and ask for this associate salesman.

We came here to look at rings and staff was incredibly knowledgeable. He came back to this location to buy because we trust them. We’ve been back to have it resized and cleaned and every time we learn something new because the staff is so thorough. I recently purchased a ring online and I got an email with an efficient overview of their lifetime warranty. A condition is that you have to have it inspected for loose stones, mounting and cleaning only from them. Which I'm totally on board with only having one Jeweler consistently nurture the quality of the jewelry. As I said, I purchased it online and having been shipped from one destination to another (me). I went into one of the local stores here to see if I could have someone inspect and clean the ring before my 6 month follow-up from my purchase date. They gladly assisted me. Inspected and cleaned my ring and even complimented me on my piece. High quality service. 5 stars all the way. She said "See ya in March!".
