John Pierre Jewelers is an absolute gem of Bergen County. I worked with Jim over several months picking out the perfect stone and setting for an engagement ring. Never once did he try and push me to a more expensive stone, he wanted me to choose what I thought was best while still maintaining my price range. Time and time again John Pierre Jewelers does outstanding work. Even helping me 9 years ago make a custom wedding band. My husband bought both my engagement and wedding bands here. Jim is absolutely wonderful to deal with and knew exactly what type of engagement ring I wanted based on what my husband told him. He was happy to re-set my great-grandmother's diamond in the beautiful new channel setting. Prices are very fair and they're always happy to check the prongs for me every six months. My husband referred his friend to John Pierre, and Jim helped create a custom ring to match what our friend's then-girlfriend wanted. They also bought their wedding bands from John Pierre and were very happy with the price and service. There's a reason this jeweler has been around forever!

What a gem of a store we have in Dumont. No pun intended. John Pierre Jewelers give service not found in the malls. The prices are better with top quality pieces. But even more impressive is the time and attention the owners give to each and every customer. Whether you are there for a watch battery, cleaning or large purchase, the care and time given is exceptional. Today’s visit was again a pure pleasure.

John Pierre Jewelers is absolutely the best jeweler around! I've had tons of pieces created by them and they are incredible. John and Jim are so helpful, knowledgable, and patient. They have talked us through repurposing some of my grandmother's jewelry to make multiple pieces, creating my engagement ring, and making a solid gold copy of a necklace to hold my ring. Their prices are very fair and they stand by their work! I have this beautiful collection and will go to them as long as they are around! 100% recommend!!
