The bakery itself is decorated with greenery, flowers and colored lights, and is quite cute. It has few tables inside as well as outside. When we walked in, ine of the owners greeted us, explained all the options...so kind. They offer a decent variety of baked goods in three categories...keto (sugar free), gluten free, and dairy free. They also have ice cream and 4 options for savory foods: corn bread, 2 types of empanadas (beef/chicken), keto cornbread, and chicken pot pie. I don't know about the other savory options but the empanadas are given to you frozen..no option to heat in the store, so don't expect to have a quick bite. I also ordered carrot cake, (1 keto, and 1 dairy free) and one keto lemon blueberry loaf. Both cakes were too cold to eat right away; the icing and the cake itself was very hard, so definitely buy and wait it out for the best texture. As far as dairy free and keto go, the taste was pretty good, although the keto icing (merengue texture) was not as pliable as the dairy free(light airy texture). The blueberry lemon had a mild flavor, was moist and not too sweet. As you can see in the pictures the cakes are the size of a large cupcake so I was shocked when the receipt said $10 per carrot cake! I do understand that gluten free and dairy free ingredients cost more, but for me personally it was too expensive for what you received. If you're gluten, dairy, or sugar free for health reasons then I'd recommend the splurge to try well done dessert that are within your guidelines.

Thank you Bradley Bake Shop for a beautiful, delicious cake. My wife can’t have gluten so finding a bakery for her 30th birthday cake was a challenge. I showed Tanya, the cake decorator, a picture from the internet. She decorated the cake spot on. The cake was delicious. Nobody believed it was gluten free! I thought for sure there would be leftovers, but it was all gone. So some people had quite a few slices! Highly recommend for specialized cakes.

They have amazing gluten free empanadas! And vegan empanadas as well! Eleanor, the owner, is always so sweet and helpful and I love trying the different bakery items. The peanut butter, banana mini-cake was absolutely delicious!

I'm so, so late with this review! Life got real. The cake I purchased, however, was amazing! We got carrot cake, no frills and it came with cream cheese icing. It was moist and tender. The cake was mildly sweet but the icing was very sweet so it's balanced. The birthday girl and the other guest enjoyed the cake. That said I was so very appreciative and impressed by the owners customer service and willingness to communicate and work with me. I was all over the place but she took the wheel with kindness. People so often aren't patient and kind that way, in my experience. You know what you want and how they do or you get off the phone. But she was so good with me. Double bonus: the shop is so nice! There are tons of sweets and goodies in the cases in the front, as there would be in any bakery. Her partner greated us with kindness and warmth as well. I just appreciated the entire experience. Bradley's Bake Shop is Great Bakery, with food made with passion, great intent and great community from Eleanor. My wife Luz was looking for a gluten-free and dairy free bakery and found Eleanor's and her husband Jack Bradley Bake Shop. When we arrived you can feel Eleanor's passion for baking and wanting to provide the community with healthier options. What was even better for me was Eleanor had Keto options like her Keto Cup Cakes and Keto Banana Bread since I started to eat Keto and I have improved my health tremendously. Eleanor's food was so good. My wife Luz enjoyed the food so much that my step-daughter Camila graduated from Northeastern University and we had a party for her and we decided to have Eleanor make a Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Cake. Eleanor was fantastic to work with, she gave us great time lines to have our order in for the cake especially that we had a custom design. The Cake looked Amazing and my wife Luz, my Step-Daughter Camila and all our guests loved Eleanor's Cake. We also ordered Gluten-Free Bread that Eleanor made which everyone said was also good. What the great thing about Eleanor is that she had Keto options and for my Step-Daughter's party I had Eleanor's Keto Banana Bread that was made from Banana extract and it was so delicious. When I picked up the Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Cake, Gluten-Free Bread and Banana Bread Eleanor's husband Jack helped me pack the car. Jack also is great and Jack makes the Keto Chicken and Grass Fed Beef Empanada's that are made from Almond Flour which I keep going back to get more of. Eleanor also makes Dairy Free Ice Cream Cake which my wife Luz, my Step-Daughter Camila and I are excited to try. Overall, Bradley Bake Shop is a great bakery with Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Keto options. The food is made with Passion, Love and Great Intent. I would highly recommend Bradley Bake Shop for its great food, great Owners and People in Eleanor and Jack and great experience.

I bought a cake for my dads 60th birthday that needed to be diabetic friendly. It was a huge hit! My dad said it was the first time he has had cake in 7 years. It’s a small local shop and they are really great at making it feel personal … will definitely be getting more from them!

The absolute best!! I order all my cakes cupcakes and desserts from here when I’m in town. Most recently ordered the smash cake for my sons 1st birthday. I love that he can enjoy a sugar free gluten and dairy free cake with healthy ingredients. I love their cupcakes- all flavors are delicious carrot cake red vervet vanilla and chocolate. I highly recommend coming here for special occasions and also just daily for healthy food and desserts

Finding this shop has been such a blessing. I’m a business owner in the fitness industry so finding healthy sweet cheats has been a game changer. I have a Lyme disease and many of my clients have diabetes knowing that these sweets are not only delicious but safe to eat makes this my new go to bakery. The shop also has savory treats like empanadas and chicken pot pie. You will not be disappointed in checking out this bakery not only because of it’s delicious products but the sweet heart owner and baker Eleanor will make you feel like you gained an instant friend. I really have no idea how the food tastes because I left and didnt buy anything. I wasn't even really sure how to rate these ratings but I did feel I should adress what happened. I have Celiac disease and drove 30 mins from where I was staying because I had a craving for gluten free baked goods. The shop was cute. The man working there was helpful and pleasant but I simply could not understand the prices. Everything sweet appeared to be listed for 60 dollars no matter what it was. I felt like that was strange. I could perhaps understand 60 for a cake but for a cupcake? I was confused. I asked the gentleman how much the cupcakes where and he said 60 dollars. Perhaps this is a mistake? A misunderstanding? I don't know but I left. My daughter was with me and I really had no intrest in spending 120 dollars for 2 cupcakes. I hope this was all simply a misunderstanding but if nothing else the pricing needs to be labeled more clearly.

I was on the hunt for a gluten free cupcake for my son’s first birthday and was so happy to find this gem of a bakery! Wonderful customer service and the cupcake was absolutely delicious (the little bit I could try after my son went to town on it haha!). Would highly recommend!

Ok, I haven’t tried anything yet, but we’re off to an excellent start with simply having a keto and gluten-free bakery in NJ! Eleanor is so kind and thoughtful, and definitely knows her stuff (understatement of the year). She made ordering a keto cake easy, and was really cool with any changes I needed to make after ordering (vanilla instead of chocolate). I also hear that the brownies are excellent, so stay tuned!

Omg, so delicious 😋 Everyone including my non gluten sensitive people loved everything. Had a no banana, banana muffin this morning and it was great. Can't wait to try the empanada and Mac and cheese. Thank you Eleanor for being an amazing chef

Wow. Ordered a cake 24 hours before needing it. The owner had no problem doing it for Me. Ordered a black forest cake. Oh wow.. it was amazing. Better then most I've had. Completely gluten free. I am so grateful for The Bradley Gluten Free Bake Shop. I can't eat gluten, dairy, or refined sugar, so I had not visited, thinking I wouldn't be able to enjoy anything there. But I was so wrong! They have so many delicious treats that are keto and dairy-free! And they are so kind about meeting the needs of their customers and community. Now I plan to go regularly. I can't thank you enough!

Visiting from Canada this past weekend, my sister brought me to Bradley Bake Shop for GF cupcakes for my nephew's HS grad. They were delicious! We ended up getting a number of other goodies, and when we got home, I had the blueberry oatmeal cookie... it was *amaaazing!* I mean WOW. To top it off (both whipped cream *and* cherry), Eleanor was just wonderful; a kind, honest, happy, and inspiring human being. This bakery is delicious!! I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and my daughter has an egg allergy and we found something for everyone! The chocolate chip cookies were amazing! I had the biscuits and a red velvet cupcake and they were delicious too! The owners are really nice. I am so excited to have found this place and can’t recommend it enough!

What a sweet couple! Every time I visit they treat me like a guest in their own home. It’s very difficult to find a keto-friendly bake shop and when I found out this little diamond in the ruff was nearly 4 mins from my residence, I was going every single week to stock up on goodies 😋 They have some new options each time I go, too. And the other critical point: you can taste the love put into each item. She really has a passion for what she does and that’s so inspiring to see nowadays!

What a wonderful find! Delicious pastries of all kinds, keto, gluten free, vegan, they have it all. The store itself is clean, tidy, and cute, with everything well displayed. The owners are lovely and kind, very accommodating. Exceptional customer service and an all around pleasant experience, both in person and on the phone. This is now my go-to bakery for birthdays and parties, I'm excited to try more of their products!

THE best gluten free carrot cake I have had. (I have been searching since going gluten free over 6 years ago). The cake was moist, flavorful and not too sweet. Bradley bakeshop has a good selection of baked goods… I can’t wait to try the other goodies at this bakery. BTW— The owner is lovely. Definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend.

I found this bakery by searching “best gluten free bakery north Jersey” and it did not disappoint. From the second I called to order my cake I was impressed with the service and their willingness to do whatever it was I needed. I wanted a very specific cake for an event for my son, and Eleanor was so kind and so excited to help make my vision a reality. I gave her a tight turn around of 2 days and she was more than happy to make it happen. When I arrived to pick up my cake, the warm and inviting personality I received on the phone was magnified by 10 in person. I knew I would be back before even trying the cake! The cake was a HIT and everyone loved it. Even those who eat gluten thought it was delicious and they couldn't tell it was gluten free!
