Lots of choices! This is one of my favorite ice cream places in ridgewood. Also, their cakes look amazing. To conclude, if you have a big sweet tooth, this is the place to go! 10/10 Would recommend!

I bought such a delicious caramel apple from here! The apple was not too sour and the caramel was at a perfect sweetness. The one apple was put into such a cute little box as well! I also tried a peanut butter fudge which was super smooth, but very sweet. Also, when I used to work for SBU Student Engagement & Activities, Kilwins always pulled through for Smorgasbrook - and we are still all eternally grateful and talk about it post-grad life! So thank you!!!

The ice cream is absolutely delicious. However, the portioned amount of ice cream it was disappointing. Had this ice cream in Florida for the first time ever and everything was absolutely perfect. However, went to the one in Ridgewood and there was a huge difference in the amount of portioning. It was like there was only a half a scoop of ice cream covered by whipped cream. Could have been someone just having a bad day. So, willl give it another shot. With all that in mind, the taste is absolutely on point.

Do not miss this place! Was in there today for the first time and was blown away! The chocolate selection Hand dipped Strawberries and Ice cream are sublime!! As an added bonus the very kind owner gifted my Mother a Annalee Valentines Day Doll and absolutely made her Day!

Love this shop they have the best candy and ice cream. grab a candy apple my favorite is the turtle. Best hot chocolate in town 😋 The staff always has wonderful customer service.

Great flavors, excellent service. Tried multiple items until we all settled on different flavors. Everyone was happy with their choices.

My family and I, all native Texans, visited Kilwins in Ridgewood June 16, 2023. We were assisted by Marissa, a trainee. Marissa could not possibly have been any more friendly or helpful in showing their wide variety of sweets. We all left with happy tummies and a very favorable impression of Kilwins.

The best ice cream I ever eat. Always come here and love it every single time. 10/10. No question about it. I love the Chocolate Fudge and their limited addition Kilwins Turtle ( I like ice cream on the softer side, which this is perfect!!!)

I LOVED the ice cream here! And you have to get the waffle cone! Immediately upon stepping into the shop, you are hit with the smell of waffles, and the cones taste just as good they smell. I got the toasted coconut and cappuccino chocolate chip flavors, and both were delicious but my favorite was the toasted coconut. It was very unique and there were so many toasted coconut bits! The ice cream itself is rich and creamy. Definitely a key spot to go to in ridgewood

The man there (owner/manager) is absolutely dismissive and outright rude , the customer service of the young girls that work there is great, and everything I’ve purchased there is good , he , is for some reason miserable to his own customers. Me and my gf will not be back ever, thanks to you sir. You are way above us silly low life peasants who can barely afford your fine chocolates and deserts.

Love Kilwins! Staff there is very nice ! Calm and always get the order right. They know how to run things there. Also, best ice cream here in Ridgewood. It’s original. 100% recommend coming here to Kilwins!

A little pricey but the ice cream is excellent. Never disappointed by the taste or the flavors of kilwins.

Have always loved Kilwins.Great chocolate. Prices are getting a little too high. Their fudge is usually great,bought some sea salt Carmel fudge yesterday and went to try it last night and it's hard and crusty.Not fresh.Not happy about that. Very unusual for Kilwins. Also upset they don't make my favorite raspberry jellies anymore! Might be our last trip there!

Love this place! Everything Is made in-house and delicious! My fave is their chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirl, I've never tasted anything like it. The chocolate is so creamy and rich and the peanut butter is also made in store! I also tried their peanut butter cups in both milk and dark chocolate which were fantastic. The best part is everyone behind the counter is so friendly and polite. Can't wait to go back and try a caramel apple!

Wonderful candies and ice cream. Lily completed my order perfectly and in a timely manner. Will be back soon with the kids!

Amazing chocolate shop, with so many varieties of items. The store looks very festive with all the holiday products and gift items. They make candies and various shoes and flavor. Also have an ice cream corner. Holiday and gift bags items are all made my Kilwins with 2 months of shelf life. Highly recommended if you are a chocolate lover!
