Very helpful and knowledgeable manager. Billy goes far beyond to help to make the best decision on deferent options. Very courteously told a customer who walked in when to return so her time would not be wasted waiting and took his time with us to help the entire family and our multiple phones and demands.

Location is a little tricky to get to but that’s ok. Store isn’t overly busy and you can really get one on one attention. Billy Metts was fantastic. He was informative, funny, and really looked into what was best for our families needs. I didn’t feel like he was pushing the latest deal corporate spun, instead he did right by us.

Beware before entering - it’s like a car dealership full of deception and misinformation. Terrible experience no accountability. Take your business and hard earned money else where. No recomiendo a AT&T y esta tienda no son honestos.
