I’ve been there a couple times, never had a complain. Well today was different - from the nightmare dealing with their receptionist with her attitude and lack of customer service, to leaving at 6:40pm, and finding out only 2 hours later my gel manicure started cheeping off. Waste of money!

The best pedicure I've had in the nola area! My technician really paid attention to detail to make sure my nails were cut and painted well and evenly. Also good pressure on the massage. I will be coming back!

First time at this salon and I had an amazing experience. The staff's attentiveness, services and ambience are all phenomenal. I loved the set up, cleanliness and decorations. I recommend this place, it's worth every penny you pay. Keep up the great job!

My first time visiting Sparadise was on my birthday. I had a phenomenal facial by Jenna. However, the gel manicure was not up to par. I had it done on Friday morning and by Monday the polished was chipped on my index finger, by the next day I had 3 fingers where the polished peeled off completely. It’s now day 5 and all the polish lifted and peeled off. I never had this happen to me in my history of gel manicures. I called for the manager, left a message, no return call. The place is nice however be careful with gel manicure service.

I used to love this place the pedicure chairs are fallen apart they don’t offer any refreshments like they used too. I was charged $5 just to take polish off one toe besides that the ipad kept falling on me. Charging luxury prices for a rundown service very disappointed won’t be going back

I don't like writing reviews but I had to for sparadise. OMFG!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. I came in for a haircut and left with a beautiful haircut manicure and pedicure. Everyone was very welcome and happy. Thank you thank you sparadise for being so down to earth.

I bought packages for my daughter-in-law and her mother. The staff was so sweet and pampered them so much!! They felt like royalty by the end of the day. I will be booking many more services with them!

Hadn’t been to Sparadise since before Covid bc they had some negative changes in staff years ago (experiences with front desk ppl, etc.). But today I had a wonderful appt! Everyone was extremely kind and friendly and I will def be back 😊 So glad to have my old nail place be my “new” nail place again!
