Great customer service by the employee Chris. He was very friendly and professional. He was quick and attentive with the other customers. The store was cleaned and organzied all around.

I got the Pumpkin Spice Frappachino and it’s good! 9/10 would recommend It mostly tastes like cinnamon and pumpkin.

My wife like it. They don't have anything for me in there plus I don't like the company itself but my wife enjoys a coffee from there from time to time. Way over priced in my opinion especially for the quality!

Our drinks were the best! I don’t normally visit Starbucks for drip coffee, I think theirs is gross. I come for the cold brew and stay for the Frappuccino’s haha. Today’s orders were vanilla Creme cold brew, Java chip Frap for the hubs and strawberry creme frap for the little. I placed the order through my ap, they were made quickly and tasted so good. I shouted a “Thank you” out to the baristas but they only stared and said nothing, that’s okay though. It just be like that sometimes when the cold brew hits your soul just right!

The girls here in the morning are the nicest! They smile and say good morning and seem to know everyone. Best Starbucks service ever. Great staff.

Never too early for Pumpkin Spice! My favorite!! Their flavors are simply the best!

I used the mobile app to place an order at the Northshore Blvd location in Slidell. They were super quick! Already finished with it when I arrived and it had been less than 5 minutes. Caramel macchiato was perfect, croissant was warm. I also suggest the sausage egg and cheese English muffin sandwich in the mornings. Very delicious.

The customer service at this location is always top notch. The food is always hot. But I wish they consistently made their drinks the same. Today my shaken iced espresso was only 2/3rds full and didn't taste right, but last night the cup was filled all the way and it was delicious. If they made drinks the same everytime this location would be the best in Slidell!

I went to this location to get a drink today my 6 month old starting vomiting and choking and couldn’t breathe so I pulled out far enough to get out of my truck to get her and the barista gave my drinks away Didn’t ask if we were okay nothing Even with me blocking the drive through

Usually a good experience with the ladies in the morning.bad experience today with this Spanish guy at the window. Charge me .60 extra for substitute oat milk and the total was 11.52 he said my sim and I gave him 9$. I asked for my money back. I counted it twice my son counted it again it was 12$. This guy can not count and wasted my gas and we did not get our coffee. He is horrible at the window and we won’t be returning. I’ll go to the one closer on gause . Sorry nice ladies in the morning, get this guy from the drive through window.

My daughter's love their Starbucks, thought I'd give it a try... I got 2 large coffees to go and was thoroughly disappointed. Coffee extremely bitter, luke warm and cup filled to the top (no room to add sugar and cream). $7 for this? Tried it, not for us, never again

This place is really good. I love it.

Service was super quick and friendly. Very happy with my experience. The store was very clean, everything was well stocked and items were placed where needed. The parking lot is a little rough during rush hour for this particular location as it does not connect to the larger parking lots behind it. Once you are in the parking lot with Starbucks, Vitamin Shoppe and Game Stop, those are the only stores you can access without leaving the parking lot via the main road and re-entering the parking areas for any of the other stores behind these three places.

I am usually satisfied with the Starbucks on Northshore blvd but today i was mortified when i found a penny in the bottom of my drink. 9/27/23. @Starbucks maybe we should move the tip jars further away from the coffee machines
