I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A, and today was no different! Very friendly staff and quick service. I only waited 15 mins to place my order and to get my food. I appreciate that there's no limit on the number of sauces.

I’ve had a few problems with this place in the pass but I let them go due to the fact that I don’t like to write bad reviews but I’m over it so here we go. I came there this morning for breakfast. I ordered a frozen coffee and did not receive a straw which makes me upset cause I have to wait til it melts to enjoy it or use my spoon. If I wanted an ice coffee I would have order that. I received No strawberry jelly like I asked so I ended up just eating the chicken cause who wants to eat a dry biscuit. Btw this is the only Chick-fil-A that takes forever to do literally everything. Fix it !

1st time Ive ever been disappointed in chick fil a (Kenner). The fries were only partially full with cold pieces of fries. The chicken sandwich was burnt on the side. Im shocked!

I drove into the restaurant at approximately 10:30 AM. There was five associates in the drive-through and one car in the right hand lane. I proceeded into the left-hand lane where there was no cars and associate walked across the front of my car into my lane and walk down beside my car and passed me up, so I proceeded to the call box waited there maybe 30 seconds until another car pulled in behind me and a associate walked straight to the other car so I drove around to the pick up window sitting there, thinking somebody was going to come to my car and maybe take my order. I pulled up right in front of the window and told them I didn’t get any service and there was five associate. They were all huddled in one lane I just drove away. Normally Chick-fil-A has the best service in the industry but today they failed Please don’t insult me by responding to this in anyway saying you’re sorry and come get a free sandwich. Fix the problem!

Never really had a chin fil a breakfast before but was in a rush to the airport. This bow option was perfect. It was a great portion of their delicious chicken with eggs and cheese. And of course the service was great as always. This location is usually busy so prepare yourself. But they still move pretty quickly.

This was the absolute worse service I have ever received. The girl in the drive-thru taking orders walked right by us to go to the vehicle behind us. The other person, that seemed to be a supervisor came and had an attitude that he even had to take our order. I don't often even come to this chain of restaurants but today I did, and I regret it.

Worst chick fila a ever. Waited 30 + minutes and never got order of chicken mini trays. When I went to the counter to check on my order they couldn’t find it then when I told them I needed to leave and asked them to delivered it they refused. They were very unprofessional and acted as if it’s crazy to expect your food after 30 minutes. I get your busy but had they been up front about the wait time I would have gone elsewhere. This was more like a Popeyes than a chick fila tbh. #mypleasure

Everyone is always friendly and quick Service. Fries have not been filled up like they use to be my Large and Medium had the same amount. Still the same as of 7/10/23

Love me my Chick Fil-A! Always delivers. Great spicy breakfast sandwich! Don't forget to add the Chick Fil-A sauce! Super friendly staff too!

This is a fast food restaurant, I am not there for the atmosphere. The restaurant is kept as clean as possible. The food is good and served hot. This company definitely knows how to work a drive thru. Other fast food restaurants with drive thrus need to take lessons from them.

As of 9-8-23 service has gone way downhill. I was given none of the condiments I asked for or even a straw. I hardly recognize any of the staff now. The employees that used to work here were far more polite and I never even had to check my bag, they rarely made a mistake and were much more friendly. Very disappointed overall.

Jackelyn met us in the drivethru line, greeted us with a smile, and was very congenial and helpful with our order. Thank you Jackelyn and thank you Chick-fil-A!

For the first time did the mobile app. It was easy and quick. Went later at night the line was not long. My daughters love the sweet tea and lemonade. Staff is always friendly.

AMAZING SERVICE!! They refunded our money for a slightly long wait!! I’m genuinely shocked since I didn’t mind the wait but one of the service guys came and apologized a lot and then gave us back the money we paid for the food. I’m still shocked because they were so polite about it and we got to keep the food. 10/10 service and I’m so happy that they cared enough to give an ENTIRE refund on all of our food, which was amazing btw.
