I
drove
into
the
restaurant
at
approximately
10:30
AM.
There
was
five
associates
in
the
drive-through
and
one
car
in
the
right
hand
lane.
I
proceeded
into
the
left-hand
lane
where
there
was
no
cars
and
associate
walked
across
the
front
of
my
car
into
my
lane
and
walk
down
beside
my
car
and
passed
me
up,
so
I
proceeded
to
the
call
box
waited
there
maybe
30
seconds
until
another
car
pulled
in
behind
me
and
a
associate
walked
straight
to
the
other
car
so
I
drove
around
to
the
pick
up
window
sitting
there,
thinking
somebody
was
going
to
come
to
my
car
and
maybe
take
my
order.
I
pulled
up
right
in
front
of
the
window
and
told
them
I
didn’t
get
any
service
and
there
was
five
associate.
They
were
all
huddled
in
one
lane
I
just
drove
away.
Normally
Chick-fil-A
has
the
best
service
in
the
industry
but
today
they
failed
Please
don’t
insult
me
by
responding
to
this
in
anyway
saying
you’re
sorry
and
come
get
a
free
sandwich.
Fix
the
problem!
