I am vegetarian. I ordered from Taco Bell yesterday. I’ll post a picture of my order. Everything was correct except I was given a burrito with MEAT in it. Not black beans like I had ordered. I didn’t find out about this until after I bit down, ingested, and noticed something was off. I looked at the burrito which was filled with meat. Totally unacceptable. Disgusting. I haven’t eaten meat for 2 years. Included picture of meat burrito. The 26 items were the sauce packets that are not included in the screenshot because they didn’t fit on my screen.

Update: After not visiting this location for almost a year (see below), we decided to give it another shot, being it is so close to our home. We ended up being forced to wait in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes because there is no way out of it. You're stuck. We finally made our order and got home to enjoy our food. Unfortunately there was no meat on an $8+ Burrito Supreme. $8 for a taco with barely anything in it and a freakin bean burrito. This is absolutely the last time. This place is a wreck. *****Stopped by their drive-thru today, around 6 hoping to grab a quick bite before getting on the road for the holiday. There was a young man standing at the entrance of the drive-thru taking orders. I asked him if he had a menu and he said no. I asked him if I could drive up to see the menu and he said no, that I had to put my order in with him without viewing the menu. He offered no help or compromise. He just said no. How can a person who doesn't visit TB often order without being allowed to see the menu? And what sort of employee would allow a customer to back out of the drive-thru because of their refusal to allow said customer to view the menu. What kind of management would send the employee out to take orders at the beginning of the drivethru and not by the menu. This is blatant incompetence. Tried to call the store 5 times, but they just allowed it to ring and ring...and ring. I get being understaffed, but this was freakin ridiculous. I should be reporting this to the corporate office.

I had a large complicated order with lot of mods, and they got it done correctly and quickly. Everyone was friendly and the restroom was clean 👌 10/10 would recommend over any taco bell in new orleans.

Horrific just now as I sit in the drive-thru. Pulled up to order and literally sat there almost 10 mins. I finally said hello to the order box and the employee said gonahead with your order. Meanwhile there are about 6 cars behind me. Had I not said anything I would still be sitting in line. Unacceptable and on top of that, didn't give no sauces? Napkins, forks

There needs to be a little bit more attention to what is available for customers. Particularly when a customer tells them to check a soda flavor

Good quick service, I hope they bring back the fire roasted sauce! But until then Mexican pizza still tastes amazing. The staff is very polite.

This particular location is really quick, food is good, and staff are nice.

The food took a long time to get and the people working there had terrible customer service issues. They were either very rude when talking to customers or very slow in working.

Foods good workers never ever seem to get orders correct though, and always in a rush to get you to finish ordering and go.

Whoever does hiring at this location needs to start doing a literacy test because there's no way the employees are reading the orders. Every time I come here my order is wrong. If I pay extra to make my order the way I want it, I at least expect to get what I paid extra for.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. The manager is well aware that their mobile ordering feature does not work, yet Taco Bell continues to take mobile orders that they not only refuse to make, but also refuse to refund you for. Absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever. The manager also advised that I go on the website/mobile app to cancel my order for a refund. When I told her that I could not cancel the order on my end, her response was "well I don't know what to tell you." Yet, she knew enough to keep my money. Ridiculous. Needless to say, I will no longer be supporting Taco Bell, and I have reached out to their corporate office to file a complaint. I hope this place gets shut down.

Quickly served and order was accurate. The light skin lady that was working drive thru messed up the atmosphere that the older lady collecting the money had setup. Older lady was very pleasant but even after speaking to young lady twice she never replied. When she gave me my order I asked for sauce as she closed the window. She frowned and grabbed a handful knowing I only had one taco and shoved it in my hand... She was not having a goid day or is just not a ppl person...As you know my money is green so I won't be returning.

The attitude of the workers here is terrible EVERYTIME I GO HERE. I realize that Taco Bell isnt the best job, but there was a guy at McDonalds on Jeff Hwy. THAT WAS SO HAPPY AND ENTHUSIASTIC EVERYTIME I SAW HIM! I didn't understand his joy but it definitely effected my day

The service was fast and friendly. No long waiting lines. My order was also correct. This location so far has not messed up any of my orders. So out of the 7 times I have went through the drive through. My orders have all been perfect. Which is awesome. I still double check. It's only a habit at this location though.

The giant box of nachos is great for a group or for dinner for 2 as always the best late night stop order on the app and foods ready as soon as u pull up

The meat taste like it been cooked all day. It wasn’t fresh taste like rubber. That should be a lawsuit if somebody gets sick.
