Kevin was the easiest to work with. He was our first stop when ring shopping, and our last stop. He talked us through all of the options, was very upfront and fair about pricing, and all the various ways we could customize the ring and what it would mean on cost and quality. When it was time to place the order, that was easy as well - relatively quick turnaround on a custom made lab grown diamond, online payment, 2-day shipping on FedEx (we had moved out of New Orleans by the time we wanted to place the order), and his guarantee on appraising and size adjusting (we are taking him up on the offer to size adjust!). We will def be coming back for our wedding bands!
