can't go wrong with canes. always super fast service with pretty good food.

Awesome chicken. I ordered the the box combo, it comes with four chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, Cane's sauce which was just amazing..I will definitely go for raising Cane's chicken and the Cane's sauce..the coleslaw was really good. Definitely good place to hangout with friends, family even the kids 😊😊😊

I ordered a Caniac combo and half of the “tenders” were the same size as the canes sauce. Disappointing…. Very small chicken now. This is why we stopped going.

Nice place if you like some fried chicken. Know that it will come with fried crust that you can eat the crust. The main plate also comes with french fries and toast. The original option also comes with a coleslaw, however I never tried it, I just ask for another toast which is good to dip in their own sauce, which by the way is really good.They have their own lemonade , but too bad it isn't refill.

Great for a quick bite, especially ifbyour new to Lousiana. Chicken fingers are always tender but wish they were more crunchy. Fries are good but again wish they were more crunchy. Service is consistently good and staff is always friendly. This place gets busy at lunch time so be prepared to wait or come before noon.

Order was correct on ticket. Got home had 2 lemonades and one Dr Pepper . On my 3 piece 3 orders one was suppose to be sweet Tea. Did bring it to their attention

They have a two stall bathroom with no door one stall… hopefully it gets fixed soon, just an inconvenience of having to wait behind a few people to use the restroom… other than that no other issues… food/service was great as usual

Prices go up, Quality goes down. This review is specifically for the one located on Congress… yea the one that backs up traffic, proudly. The chicken size has become abysmal. I’m paying $17 plus for a box of chicken with cold bread, cold fries, and small chicken. It’s a joke. Then, the drive thru has become a actual mess.I have worked in fast food and understand the hectic nature of the environment. When I got to the actual drive thru window to receive my food I had already been waiting 15 mins. When I get to the window there are 4 people just losing their minds over whatever is going on inside while I watched. Once I got my order the girl could tell I was upset and over compensated with kindness. I got home and my order was honestly a joke. This could all be forgiven if the price wasn’t so outrageous for a really mediocre experience. I will gladly drive to any other canes in town rather then this big mega monster mess of a location.
