I wanted to make sure I give this review because I didn’t get a chance to review after my last visit. Unfortunately, this store still has the same issues. My last visit, I wasn’t greeted, nor was I offered help. The associates were more concerned with their sales numbers as I overheard an older black lady saying that they had made so many thousands for the month and had met their goal. I asked for help and the lady never left from behind the register, she instead thought it was best to give me verbal instructions on what I was looking for rather than show me. The second visit I was with my family and we were looking to purchase some items, asked for help and their attitudes were very nonchalant. There was a nice white female who attempted to help as she seemed to be working the store while two other associates sat behind the register talking to each other. The culture in this location is not up to Coach standards. I shop at the Micheal Kors store across from Coach and always feel welcome there, they even know me by first name. I hope this store improves because customers have plenty of other places to shop that’s close by., and one day your numbers might not be where they’re suppose to be, maybe then you will appreciate and attend to your customers properly.

The attendants here barely greeted me. I asked for a men's size chart and no one in the store could help me. A huge contrast to the Coach store in Alabama. Don't waste your time or money at this store. Pictures attached are from the Coach store in AL

One of my favorite place to shop, All stores where nice, Great prices and clean atmosphere. Had my puppy with me,allow to still shop as long as I carried him. Lady at Nactica Shop very nice got water for him Super Duper nice. Thank you ! Also Under Armor was nice. Great shopping for veterans. Only if all store where that friendly to vet. God Bless America

Outstanding team at this particular Coach Outlet. Given great customer service and great discounts on a pair of Coach designer sneakers and a matching hat for my wife. I live a couple of hours away from this establishment, but I will not hesitate to drive here again if I'm interested in purchasing Coach items for my wife, family, and friends.

I can't wait to visit the location in The Legends (KCKS) , because the one in Gulfport Mississippi had awesome deals. $55 for $200 shoes my yorkie received a new collar and leash around $55 , who doesn't like awesome savings. I also purchased a lanyard for $20 .

Not much difference shopping in the outlet store than any other store that sells their products, in my opinion. Dropped in looking for shades. Saw a small selection of about 10 styles, but nothing stood out. On the day that I visited, most customers walked in, looked around, and walked out within 5 or 10 minutes. It's ok though. Maybe we were all expecting more than what we saw. I do like the brand, so maybe I'll try again if I'm ever on that area, but as of April 2023, it's not happening. The three stars are for the beautifully crafted backpacks located in the men's area.
