The crown of a tooth broke off at the gum line and my regular dentist referred my to an oral surgeon that wasn't in my insurance network so I found Aspen had dental surgeons within my plan and was able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning. They took lots of x-rays, scanned my entire mouth to produce a complete 3-D image of all my teeth, did an oral exam and scheduled to remove the tooth. Everything was fully covered by my plan. I was impressed by Aspen's facilities, staff, modern technology and the full level of dental care that they offer.

Such a great consult. Very informative. And everyone was very knowledgeable. Great front desk service. Great x-ray service. Great dentist service and helpers. I will be reviewing again once I have my work done. See you all in January 2024.

My recent experience today was awesome. My hygienist was great. She took her time and she explained everything she was going to do. She did not treat me like she had to hurry up. She was just wonderful. As long as she can be my hygienist I will always return to Aspen.

Everyone from the desk staff to the dentist really were polite and made you feel like you belonged there. I had never seen the first class equipment they have at their facility. My entire family has now scheduled appointments.

As much as I was dreading a dental appt for a broken tooth, the staff at the Houma facility is absolutely exceptional. I almost can’t wait til my next appointment, not only to finish up the “tooth” situation but to visit my new friends!

The entire staff: Dr. Luis, Ashlynn, Paul and Elizabeth made what was a normally uncomfortable experience for me something that didn’t leave me trembling or in pain. They are all kind and compassionate and I will be a patient for life!

The houma location is a very great place to have all your dental procedures done. The crew there is very professional and they are very knowledgeable. They explain everything that they are going to do and they don't hurt you when they are doing the procedures. The people there are very nice and they go out of their way to make sure that you know what they are doing and to make sure you are not hurting during your dental procedures.

Terrible husband went specifically for a cleaning. Because it was his first time they done all kind of x-rays and scraping. Gave us a summary of 2000.00, for treatment before they would even clean. It's not like we don't get our teeth cleaned every 6 months. But the dentist we were see never mentioned he needed all this work. Won't go back.

Dr. Luis and Shanyice did a great job. I had 4 cavities redone today and didn’t feel a thing. Paul did awesome job cleaning my teeth 2 weeks ago. Everyone there is very concerned with my satisfaction. I am so glad that I decided to go to Aspen dental in Houma! Thank you all!

Such a fantastic consultation! All my questions were met with such knowledgeable and informative personnel; from the front desk receptionist, to Dr Luis, to the lovely Ms. Lovey in finance. No judgement what so ever! Should have been coming here years ago! 10 out of 10, highly recommend! Huge shout out to Liz G for doing such an excellent job on my impressions - she's the bomb!

I’m impressed! Five stars all around. From when I walked in the door to the Houma, Louisiana office, everyone was friendly and professional. The dental hygienists Paul Foster and Liz G were reassuring and took time to explain everything. Dr Luis is accomplished and in my opinion an expert in his field. And I must also mention Ms Lovely who now treats me like family. If you have any reservations, please don’t hesitate to make that appointment you have been putting off. You will not regret the first step to more satisfying and healthier oral hygiene.

This has been the worst experience with any doctor or dental service we have ever had. The staff may be friendly, but they have no idea of what is going on. I feel like all they did was take my money and still want more for a procedure that has already been rescheduled twice. They also had no idea as to when it could be done. In less than 3 months I PAID OVER $6,000 dollars and we got a partial cleaning and 3 fillings. Both doctors that we seen are no longer with the practice , that alone should tell you something. I never do reviews nor do I judge where or what I may do by the reviews. I believe that for the most part it is always bad or only good as they have the right to take down my review. MY ADVICE IS RUN. FIND SOMEONE ELSE . Gwen

Liz G was fantastic. My husband and I both had her for our X-rays and scans. She was very professional and friendly. Great job! The entire staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
