If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. The only reason Kimberly Plumbard (patient experience) addressed my complaint against unethical provider Demetrius Williams (Prescribed a drug against consent, which is illegal!) was because after weeks of no response, no review of our files, a constant battle for me to try to get in touch with someone, I threatened to reach out to the CEO of All Access. Kim has truly set the lowest standard of patient experience of any place I've ever been. All Access has the potential to be a good clinic. But with horrible administration and terrible providers they are instead, one of the worst.

I am a new Medicaid member and to Access Health Clinic. I am very happy with Dr. Tran Pham and her staff! The friendly, knowledgeable and professional services provided to me are very much appreciated. I highly recommend this facility for your healthcare needs.

The podiatry department here is awful. Doctor Tabb is dismissive, nasty and can’t be bothered with your concerns or issues. Waited weeks for her to review blood tests to get the meds I needed. Called twice in the interim and was treated as if they were annoyed I would keep inquiring. . I’ve had to go to a lot of poor people healthcare experiences and this was by far the worst.

ANYONE BUT KIUANA BRIGHT!! I told her how bad my anxiety is. She tried telling me I’m bipolar on my SECOND visit after she asked me 15 questions on a piece of paper. She tried to prescribe me klonopin and I told her no. I was still breastfeeding. That was over a year ago. At my recent telehealth visit I kept telling her how I’m not doing well. She kept prescribing me medicines I’ve already tried with a previous doctor. She refused to look at my records from my past doctor. Her exact words were “the only thing that will help you right now is a benzo and I don’t prescribe benzos.” Even though she already tried to prescribe one and I told her no over a year ago?? I’ve never even been on a benzo and I told her I don’t want to be. The least she could do is see what medicine I’ve already tried so she doesn’t have me going through the same thing I did as a teenager trying to find what works for me. She needs her license revoked. Don’t be a psychiatrist if you aren’t going to listen to your patients.

Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. When somebody comes in with specific details of what to look for maybe actually look for what they say to look for instead of everything but and also maybe don't hold them hostage after asking them if they are depressed as though you are some sort of psychiatric professional when that's not what they went there for in the first place.

I've never had any complaints, other than it takes a while to get blood work done. The staff has always been very nice, especially the front desk, and I love Dr. Smalls

Behavioral health and Primary care appear to be separate dpts... Standard Primary pt care was conducted by NP, Powell et al, eval then referral. It can be frustrating when the integration of pt care/healthcare systems, holistic wellness, and office mgmt are not clearly communicated to the patient. Often, this is back of house/back-end care being provided to pt. the goal, ultimately, to improve quality of services provided to pt. To Clarify: everyone is doing the best the can to improve. part of being a patient is to be patient. Yeah its not fun. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Takeaway, Id est process/services were of quality and care was timely. Healthcare system is resource constrained, with resulting pt sentiment regarding care administered (e.g., this google review) often having a positive, time dependent correlation; to the load placed on the healthcare system/care providers, both NP and MD. 👍

The phone workers are very sweet. As well as the receptionists, and nurse. Kiuana Bright is absolutely amazing. She is the best Primary Care Dr I've ever had, and I am very grateful to have found someone that truly cares about her patients. 😊💖

The people who run this place should be appalled. I just waited almost an hour and a half to not be seen by anyone for the third time in a row, and all of these times I was fasting for the appointment. They wasted my time and energy and made it very clear how they feel about their patients.

This place is a joke. I had an appointment for 9 got there at 8:50 only to be taken to a room after 10 and the doctor didn’t come in the room till almost 11. This is the second time this has happened to me. The people at the front desk are useless. I’ll let my foot fall off before I ever think about going there again. Warning this place sucks.
