Update: Went in at 2:45 on a weekday to give this place another try. There was a customer who had her toddler daughter sitting on the takeout counter talking to 2 staff. Not too hygienic. Therefore, the only one doing any work was the guy at the front counter taking orders who was also making everything. It's a nope. We tried again and it's still a nope. I had such high hopes for this coffee shop! It is located in the heart of Terrabella. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. We went around 2 pm on a weekday. It was very busy with a lively vibe. The seating and atmosphere were great. I ordered a plain croissant. There was a hair stuck to it. I picked the hair off it and ate the croissant. But I know this would bother a lot of people. The croissant was really good though. My husband had a blueberry muffin. He said it was doughy and not cooked through in the middle. And the third strike: someone took my latte. I felt like it was a cluster as far as picking up drinks and it wasn't at all clear whose drinks were whose, like Starbucks. When my husband asked about my drink, the person behind the counter told us someone else took it?! Not sure why they didn't stop them?! Anyway, from the time I got there to the time I finally got my drink, it was 30 minutes. That is not acceptable. Also when I ordered my latte drink, the cashier didn't know what it was and asked if there were lemonade in it?! We talked about it afterward and decided neither of us would go there again.

This place is cool! There’s a more lively vibe than you would usually expect from a coffee house. The coffee itself is fantastic and their ice cream is my daughters favorite! Speaking of kids, they have a little toy section and games to play on the patio too!

Fabulous new spot! I love the vibe and the coffee was so, so good. Loved the avocado toast as well. As a bonus, they also have a great creative studio perfect for podcasting/video production which I was able to rent for an hour for a recent content shoot for my business. Great spot!

Super cool place and they roast really good coffee!

The employees at The Reminding need training on customer service and cleanliness. The male barista constantly used his fingers to push biscotti off of a spoon into a customer's cup of coffee. Then he proceeds to lick the biscotti off of his finger and never once washed his hands before preparing the next item. I waited over 45 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches that never came out. Asked for a refund and was sent to the back of the line to wait another 5 minutes to receive it. Management needs to get a grip on this establishment before there aren't any customers to serve.

Coffee was good, cookie was way better! Their merch is awesome, but a bit on the pricey side however it’s made by the staff from what I can gather so that’s kind of cool and worth it.

There is not another place like The Reminding on the Northshore, seriously it is so unique! The coffee is roasted in house, the pastries are baked in house, and they have created a vibe second to none. They host fun community events and there is a recording studio you can rent for that podcast you have been daydreaming about doing, the owner gave me a tour! Love this place and look forward to spending more time here. PS - check out the postcard table when you are there, such a cool idea.

The affogato with the honeycomb ice cream is DIVINE!! I’d have shared a pic of how pretty it looked too but I was too busy enjoying it. Love the place. Love the people. The special atmosphere is best understood in person. 💕☕️🍨

Great coffee, roasted in house. Pastries are baked in house. Staff is friendly and the space is very comfortable. Creative studio for recording podcasts is unique. Give it a shot!

I absolutely love this place. What a great vibe and everyone is so friendly. My absolute favorite extra touch is the postcards available for you to write a letter to someone, seal it and they will stamp and mail. Just love!!! You will leave just feeling different! And wanting to come back.
