Won’t be back! Definitely wasn’t worth it,had to move seats due to ants on the table in one of the booths, server wasn’t that attentive(it was busy)and the food was blah at best, Buffalo wings were chewy and gummy. Next time I’ll just eat at my job at least I knew I’d get good food and great service.

Me & Bae went to Applebee's & we got the 2 for $35 meal deal. We both got the shrimp pasta meal with the breadsticks & it was DELICIOUS. For our appetizer we got the boneless chicken-I got Ranch & he got Blue cheese dipping sauce. Our experience was great & our waitress was personable & sweet. We really enjoyed ourselves. The servers were very friendly and checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. I honestly appreciated their services and the atmosphere. The food was delicious and the chicken was so juicy.

Just got done eating at this location, our server was very nice and attentive! My son has autism and got a bit loud at one point, prompting another table to leave. There was a man dressed as Indiana Jones for the promotion and he was very kind about my son which made us feel very comfortable! I really appreciated the care and service we received.

Ordered a bourbon street steak with no mushroom and loaded potatoes. When I cut into the steak I realized that there were mushrooms underneath. My potatoes also were not loaded. I went back in and brought this to their attention and was told that my food would be recooked fresh. That was not true. I was given back the same exact steak with mushrooms still underneath. To add insult to injury the shrimp I ordered were cold and the sissy barely had any topping and were cold as well. I went back in and asked for a refund to which I was told I would receive a refund for the steak but they could not provide me a receipt. I called the GM and he said he would email me a receipt, but they were not apologetic or remorseful at all. The definitely won’t receive any more of my business.

I picked the wrong grilled chicken by getting the one on the hot plate with the shrimp, but it was good. I usually get the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. I'll remember next time. Both are really good, just missed the green beans. Loved the shrimp. Great service by Christopher.

the food was good but the waitress didn’t serve us anything we ordered (drinks&food) the hostesses took better care of us then our own waitress, also she never checked on us or asked if we needed anything, slowly walking and taking her time. she was taking care of the people around us with care and a family (over 4 people) came in around 25 mins after us ( 2 people ) and they got their order to the table before us and got out before us. gave off a rude and racist vibe considering we were the only white people in her section and we were treated with no respect like the other tables. i grew up coming to this place and this was the biggest disappointment.

Christian was my server and he was amazing. The food was so good the entire atmosphere was amazing I would definitely recommend this Applebees over the rest. Food and drinks were affordable as well as the customer service.

My daughter and I enjoyed our experience here tonight! Our waiter's name was Chris! The food was amazing - My steak was perfection!! There was no wait on anything and he checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!

The new chef @Applebees is a great improvement. Steaks are 100% better! Service is friendly and helpful, but gets a bit slow when shortstaffed. Much better place now.

It was a nice outing 👌. The atmosphere was good. I love the steak sizzling on the cast iron when they brought it out. The shrimp were good. It was night time after a long week so I need to relax and this was a good choice. All of the restaurants in this area are always filled , so leave early to eliminate your ✋ wait time.

My Daughter & I Went Here For Lunch 4-1-23, Our Server Was Harley, She Was Super Sweet, She Kept Our Drinks Full, She Got Everything We Needed, She Checked On Us Quite Often, We Ordered The 2/25.00 It Came Pretty Quickly, Everything Was Delicious, Thanks Harley You Rock!!!

We had a party of 3. We shared the classic combo appetizer. It was okay. The chips were stale. The quesadillas were small. We had the chicken tenders which were over cooked and very dry. Normally the tenders are a good size and not dry. The 3rd dish was chicken & broccoli alfredo. My son enjoyed this dish. It is a good portion. This Applebee's is older and definitely showing its' age.

I hope the restaurant sees this. The Bar table was dirty in most areas so I decided to request a booth. The table was shaking a lot so we were moved. The next table was dirty to and the bathroom had paper towel all over the floor. I just decided to leave. If u don't have Cleaning standards I make u do it in one night. I went to chili's instead the first thing they did was clean off the table. This info is accurate as of 12/4/2022 around 9pm.

My night started out horrible before getting to Applebees. Upon arrival I met with my family and they let me know that our server was new in which Pam held her section down. The service was a little slow as far as food and drinks, but to their defense it was full house. Now my pasta came out dry and I spoke with Rachel the manager for that section. When I tell you that pasta went from dry to wet with a yes! That pasta was so good and I am so glad they was able to make my night! Rachel definitely showed great hospitality and for that y’all have a returning customer! Thanks

Today is my daughter's 21st bday, so we planned on going for brunch at another restaurant. That restaurant was packed and had a 3 hour wait, so we left. We stopped at a couple other places, but like the first, they were all on long waits. Frustrated my daughter said let's just go to Applebee's. Honestly, I'm really glad we did. Megan our server, was phenomenal! So sweet to us. She went above and beyond! She made the birthday girl's day! Mine too! As for the restaurant, it was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is keeping some air freshener and some holy water in the bathroom. Someone had recently unloaded a death bomb or they have a very smelly plumbing issue which made entering the bathroom for more than 3 seconds unbearable. On the bright side they accommodated our group immediately and were fast yet never rushed us. The food was really good. Thank you again Megan! Ask for her if you stop by for lunch. She's there till 4. Remember though, I recommend bringing a can of air freshener or nose plugs...just in case.

The service was great. The server was very nice and took her time with us. The drink mechanic was broke so all they had was lemonade. So I had to go Cross the street and spend $17 on bottle drink. The food wasn't all that good. But the server was nice.

This Applebee's has a very enchanting energy about the restaurant. The staff are so helpful and very attentive to your desires. I had the Bourbon street shrimp and chicken breast covered in sauteed onions, mushrooms with mashed potatoes . It's was very delicious and I will most assuredly return to try another meal on their quite vast and tasty menu

My son and I ate here last week and everything was great! Our waiter, Chris, was very attentive, accurate and friendly. I could hear him speaking with the other customers in his section and he was great with everyone. He also recommended their new dessert, cinnamon bites. OMG! Sooooo good! I can definitely see myself going there for that alone! I had just been ripped off by Little Caesar's on David Drive, (see my other review on them). So, it was refreshing to eat someplace where the employees actually care, are professional and treat their customers with kindness and concern!

We had great service this time around. We've been staying away from Applebee's since the service at all the others had become horrible. This was a very pleasant experience. Our server, Christopher was exceptional. He didn't even have to write our orders down. He simply retained all of our orders, (which was 5 of us). He confirmed back to each of us what we had ordered and he got our order correct and out in a very timely manner. He was very attentive, and deserves to be recognized for the wonderful service he provided. All those bad visits in the past, was quickly forgotten since this time it was so great.

Service and food was great. Had an awesome server Chris was hospitable and knowledgeable of menu. The pick he recommended was AWESOME three cheese penne chicken pasta.
