    It’s been a while since I went inside the restaurant and even though, an employee was cleaning the tables, there were flies while we were eating lunch so hygiene was definitely an issue. Enough said!

    Very slow and unfriendly service. Honestly, I know this is not the norm for Chick-fil-A or even this location, but the service was so bad that I had to write a review. I stood at the register, and the cashier slowly stolled up and acted as if I was an inconvenience to him by ordering food. Once my order was ready, I watched it sit for 3 min minutes as the food exhibitor worked on multiple orders at once. The cashier stood with his back to the food and never assisted her pass out orders. Finally, I was handed my food and left. I just honestly expected more from Chick-fil-A.

    I went in there to order. Both registers had workers there. I walk up after the people in front of me ordered and then all of a sudden, the cashier walks away. Now three people get their order taken after I walk up and still no service. Now this all happens when there are ample people to take an order. They also got my order wrong as well but me, my wife, and new borne kid had to leave. When the cashier takes the order she asks if I have been taken care of when she walks past me numerous times when I am waiting to be served. She had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in a restaurant. Immediately after the order is taken she walks away and I ask for the receipt. She rips it off the machine and ha ds it to me in a very rude manner. It seemed like a lot of people up front had terrible attitudes. The management of this place really needs to take a look at who theu hire, the quality of service that is given, and the attitude of their employees l. I will never come back to this place again. I have always had good service at chick fila but not this one.

    As always it’s quick service, great quantity of food and always makes me feel better about myself when I eat there. If church was a restaurant Chick a fila would be that place. My personal opinion and feelings. Keep up the great service. Also try the pimento cheese chicken minus the jalapeño. The cheese itself has a slight kick. No need to burn your tongue. It’s amazing.

    After finding out the 3 coupons I inherited from a deceased friend, were expired. Last time I used one, it didn't expire. No big deal. I continued to order the items I had planned to get for free, separately. I pay for the combined order and leave. Something was stuck to the bag, I thought must be my receipt. I drove to my destination to find no receipt and what was stuck to the bag was an inventory list. I called the store to be told that no receipt would be provided, go to website to claim a digital receipt. Not happy with this store. In the last 23 years of eating at this restaurant chain, this is the only one that has totally failed me.

    I never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A food is good, I have alot of points on the mobile app. Which more people need to use!!! Lines would go alot quicker if you do trust me. I get food for free at this point.

    I dined in. I cleaned my own table, but I didn't mind doing it. The staff was kind on the inside as well as outside. I've never eaten inside of a fast food restaurant where they come and ask you how things are going, but they did, which I thought was original . I've never had any bad experiences at this location.

    Best Chicken in the Country. Your Chicken Strips and Grilled Chicken sandwiches are INCREDIBLE. I'm SERIOUS!! And Love that you're a Christian establishment and closed on Sunday. (Would love to get it on Sunday but that's understandable.). PLEASE keep up the GREAT work and DELICIOUS FOOD and Terrific Service. THANK YOU ALL.

    I have been there 3 times and only once they got my order right but the second time I was missing my fries and today I found a hair in my salad. I'm not very happy about it so I guess I will have to find a different Chick- fil-A to go too.

    The chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwiches are like an orgasm in your mouth, BUT BETTER. And the customer service is amazing, I think we all know this though. Those employees risk everything to make sure any customer satisfied. They all deserve a raise. 😁

    Never got all my order only received 2 ice cold fries with a lemonade with no straw. I got it to be delivered cause I’m pregnant and have bad morning sickness so was ordering for my kids. It’s sad that they can’t take time to make sure everything is together and sad doorDash doesn’t make sure you have all your food either.

    I went to this location on 1/11/2024. I ordered a chicken mini breakfast to go. Once I arrived home, about 15 minutes away I realized that there was no actual chicken on my mini's. I drove back and was greeted by an older lady. I explained what was going on. She then gave my bag to another teamate, who then gave it to the store OPERATOR. Yes, the manager! He immediately began to apologize to one of the grill team members and explaining to him that this was not his fault. He also explained to him how it wasn't his fault. Not once did he even acknowledge me, the PAYING CUSTOMER.They gave me the same bag and orange juice which was also not cold at this point. This was a horrible experience. I will not return

    I am sad to finally admit what I've been hearing about this location. I work steps from here and frequent here at least 1-2 a week, but I notice that the service has been subpar lately, which is shocking because they've always been A1 with food and customer service but they are missing the mark.

    Chick-fil-A almost never fails to impress. This location had the added surprise of the owner himself, working hard behind the counter and making contact with nearly everyone that walked in. Service with a smile and a very clear willingness to serve and go above and beyond. Excellent attitude and customer facing charm. The place was spotlessly clean, food freshness and temperature on point and that little extra personalization of hospitality and service that made something as simple as a stop at Chick-fil-A, that much more of a treat.

    I have never had such a disappointing day as I have had today. Not only were they busy, which I can completely understand, but the employees were joking around instead of taking care of the line. The line was completely wrapped around the building so I went inside, the cashier was horrible and I had to ask to be served. I had to ask for a drink carrier, had to ask for a bag for my two bags, had to ask for BBQ sauce. Cause, even though I have only two hands they were going to give me my two drinks and two bags to walk outside with. The parking lot is chaotic with no directions and I am surprised accidents don't happen. And to add salt to the wound, the food was very disappointing and undercooked.

    First, now if you try to open the app while in close proximity of the store, it won't work. They also won't give you a receipt unless you ask specifically. So if you are a signature member, this can greatly affect your rewards. The service, like so many other places, is going downhill. People are less and less polite, orders have been wrong more than right lately and they don't answer the phone if you call. Hopefully things turn around eventually because this place used to be great.

    You’ve got to admire Chick-fil-a’s commitment to excellence… their training program is top notch, because everywhere I go I get the same great service. This one was no different. Fast, efficient, friendly… thank you for continuing to exhibit the great food and service we’ve all come to expect from this Brand! PS- the tortilla soup is delicious!!

    They operate different. I work out of town, so the hotel I stay when I'm in the Slidell area is next door to this restaurant. Always clean, always respectful. They operate like a well oiled machine. I've been to several of these fast-food chains and none work at this level. Mad props to staff and management.

    Tiny portions. The keebler elves would love this place. I could've gotten 5 new pairs of underwear for the insane $32 price i was charged for this fisher price food. They must be adding an aphrodisiac or something i dont get it. Workers were friendly.

    We went thru the drive through. Our food is always hot and accurate. The staff is always supper nice and helpful. I did have to ask for my receipt. I was paying cash and needed to put my points into the system.

    I have a head injury and stutter. I truly cannot help it. The girl who took my order at the drive through was short about it. The girl at the pickup window was very sweet about it. This location use to be great. I don’t know what happened. :(

    Sometimes the line takes too long even though it is set up pretty good, but this day people who had single orders were getting their stuff behind us up front, while I was still waiting n they couldn't go anywhere until we moved. Then in the holder for the peach shakes the tabs weren't pushed in to hold them in and they fell out spilling in my vehicle.. Wasted...Very upset..

    The chicken is always delicious and the lines move quickly. We go about twice a week to this location. I highly recommend it to anyone making a stop for food on a long trip. It's easy to get to from the interstate.

    Can’t believe Mary at Chick-fil-A. She asked me how fresh do you want your food. Poor representative of Chick-fil-A. No apology all she said was the food is there no longer then 20 minutes. I have no idea who was tracking time that day. The nuggets was dry. Mary working at Chick-fil-A you help customers by apologizing first. Them Asking how can you help.

    Chick fil a is normally good. Food hot and fast service. But the last few time I have been there the food was not hot, the price i pay dont make up for the less food I got that was cold
