Plenty of parking, fast service, and festive atmosphere.

The picture is what we ordered but instead we got one three finger combo with fries and ONE toast .. the other three finger combo with fries also and NO toast and the kids meal didn’t come with toast as well .. So we got no extra toast nor toast for the the other meals and to top it off my husband’s bottle water was already opened some how ..

Good but nothing I'll have to actually eat again. The tenders was decent but not really seasoned like Popeye's. The sauce was ok, but nothing to write home about. The lemonade and sweet tea was great. The cole slaw was on point. The crinkle fries were good but needed a little salt but that toast was awesome.

Really friendly place. The food is scrumptious. The fried chicken fingers are not too bread. The fries are not over salted, the coleslaw is not soggy or runny. Unsweetened as well as sweet tea are available next to the fountain drinks. The staff was welcoming. Nice experience!

Fries and bread were great, but it's all about the chicken. The chicken crust was crispy and meat, tender. The sauce was excellent. The chicken alone, however, is a bit bland. I would prefer some spice/taste to it so the sauce would be a plus and not a necessity.

We arrived to New Orleans after having a delayed flight and car reservation cancelled. Heading toward Biloxi, Mississippi, we stopped here for a bite to eat. We arrived 5 minutes before closing. Not only was the staff willing to accommodate our order, they sounded and acted very pleasant - cannot express how nice that was after a long day of challenging travel. The food was delicious, warm and fresh that you would expect to get mid day. Thank you for an awesome experience. Will definitely be coming back to Cane’s for some more food. Management at this store, if you see this, please recognize the efforts of your staff the night of March 22, 2022 - service like this will not be forgotten. Also, Raising Canes if you see this, please consider franchising or opening additional stores in Utah. Thanks again!

I highly recommend not going to this location. For the past couple of months everytime we go there's always some issue. This location used to be a great place to stop by so it's unfortunate it's gone downhill in this manner. Especially do not use the mobile app here as they basically ignore orders from it. If you try using curbside they may actually make your food but to get it to the vehicle you'll have to either try to call them or go inside. If you place your order through the app they'll ignore it to where you'll be better off not using it at all. Ordering traditionally at this location has its own issues with accuracy and timeliness. My family is done using this location after experiencing these issues multiple times and at multiple time of days. I hope whoever the manager is can get it figured out.

I am down here working at Chalmette Refinery staying in Slidell really close to Raising Cane's. In Houston I live right next door to one and eat there all the time so I thought I would give this 1 a chance. To start with the chicken fingers are amazing as always. Definitely no complaint there. Sweet tea is also amazing again no complaint. Coleslaw is also amazing. NOW The fries are barely cooked they're never hot, they need to stay in the grease quite a bit longer so they're crunchy. The service needs to know that we don't owe them anything and they need to be a little more polite. If those 2 things were changed you would have hands down the perfect place. Thanks. I'm not sure if I mentioned I've only been here one week and I've already eaten there 3 times hoping each time would be different, WELL same outcome.

My daughter and I were on our way home from New Orleans and a visit to Oak Alley Plantation when we decided on lunch. I have never eaten at a Raising Canes due to none in North Alabama. Loved it. We both got of couslrse chicken fingers and fries with Texas Toast. It was a great choice for lunch, and hopefully, one day, someone will put a franchise in the North Alabama area.

Top 3 chicken restaurants, Best dipping sauce and best bread i always order extra bread. Seems a little pricey but not for the quality. I started going here after seeing them on Barstool.

Service is fine, but I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow. I just left and ordered two 3 finger combos. Grab my food bag is steaming. Just to get home to see that my extra crispy fries were redipped in grease and my tenders cold! I would love to go to canes and have my food made right and hot, it’s only fair right, in exchange for my money?

Pretty much come here for the cane's sauce or when I don't feel like dealing with the other chicken competition. The parking lot and getting out is a nightmare, so be warned. The staff is friendly usually(also.. not as friendly as the competition) but still better than most fast food places. They're pretty quick too, but always busy!

It was ok. Not terrible but not great either. It was just your standard chicken finger n fries place. They don’t carry ranch dipping sauce so that part sucked, but their signature Cane’s sauce was good. It wasn’t good enough to warrant another visit in my opinion.

Minus the construction next door, my visit was great no issues. Amazing food, which I would expect from Raising Canes!! Just a over the road trucker who wanted something different from the nasty truck stop food! Thanks guys!

Cane's has the best chicken fingers! Very fresh, plenty of meat and perfect amount of breading. The fries are fresh and delicious as well. Great service, clean, friendly atmosphere.

It took forever to get our food and then when we did the fries were missing from two of my combo meals then a person with me ordered separately and waited forever for his order and come to find out they gave his order to somebody else so then we had to wait even longer to get that order out by the time his food came out our food was cold so we couldn't even eat together at the same time. Usually every raising Cane's I go to are very professional and barely ever any problems but definitely not this one I definitely would not go back to this one again

Food was left open on display window for five minutes and the worker didn’t say anything to me when I asked for them to remake it. She proceeded to come to the front with no notice to me until I asked for the remake of the meal! The guy behind the window put more fries in the same container and handed it back to the rude worker! Price increase for this type of services and product isn’t worth ! Stay home and cook ! Eat at Home !!

I have never waited more than 3 minutes when I go inside to order a caniac combo. The quality of chicken beats all other competitors hands down! I recommend Cane's to all my friends.

This location is very generous providing kids meals certificates to our VBS students every June! Love the chicken and sauce. Wish the fries were served crunchy.

First ever visit to a Raising Cane's! The store lobby and drive thru hours were super accessible, helped me out a lot since it was the only place with the lobby open after 10pm on the whole block. The menu was simple and easy to understand, and I loved the chicken. High quality, great temperature because it was made to order, good fries and bread, the lemonade was amazing, I tried the Cane's sauce and I enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, food was great, and service was phenomenal. I wish there was a Raising cane's in my neighborhood. Closest one to me in Florida is over 150 miles away in Miami. Brevard county could use a high quality chicken restaurant, Zaxby's and Chick-fil-A are only good so often.

The chicken is great so please don't you hate. I love me some of that cane's sauce and so does my lady. We use it on everything!

Love this location. The food and employees are always reliable. Tenders can be small sometimes but I bet that is a vendor issue.

I'm not big on their chicken like my husband is, but the bread is awesome and they have the best sweet tea EVER! Love that I can buy it by the gallon. Also fastest drive-thru service out of them all. Keep up the good work.

They are quick at getting people in and out but I think lately the up charges need to be re considered.... Don't like that ya can't substitute the drink for bread or something like that ... And almost a dollar extra for Texas toast is a little much Canes 😏

This is absolutely my favorite place to eat. The food is always fresh and will just melt in ur mouth. The place is always clean and smells so good the bathrooms are clean the people that work here are always nice..helpful..and always smiling. My favorite is the toast and canes sauce. With there amazing sweet tea. It's just all around awesome. If I could I would give it 10 stars but sense it only goes to 5 that's what I had to give it

The only improvement with food could be adding lettuce & tomato to the sandwich. Service is hit and miss, but never a bad experience. As far as the atmosphere, the pictures and nostalgia would be more enjoyable if you were more comfortable in the chairs. (Offer cushion seating)

went through drive through ordered my food crispy it came out beyond soggy found out once i drove all the way home, drove all the way back and they didn’t want to remake the entire order till i told them from me driving back up here waiting for them to remake one item the rest would be cold. then they forgot my toast probably the best part about this place.

👍👍 This spot was recommended by our swamp tour captain. Wow! We ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and the ordered another pound. We got an oyster plate too. The oysters were larger than chicken nuggets!! The staff was friendly and service was quick. A great experience for us.
