Very Good Food! My first order from Serop's & its DELICIOUS! Got the 5 Sampler Plate w. xtra Pita. Perfect Tabbouleh! Tender Pita Bread! Humus was traditional, plain hummus, like I love it. And the Baklava. My Goodness... Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!! Simple, whole foods done right. I'll be eating with Serop's often. Thank you!

Was very disappointed with the attitude received. I specifically asked for an extra Grecian sauce and when I checked my bag at the window.. instead of apologizing for the mistake made, the man argued with me that I didn’t request an extra sauce. What happened to the customer being right? What’s ridiculous is that I am POSITIVE that I said so. Maybe he didn’t hear me, which is fine. But again, instead of rectifying the situation, he asked for my debit card again and charged it an additional .44c! I have never had service like that from this place so I was highly disappointed. No worries, I won’t be back. ALBASHA IT IS!

I've only been to this place once and honestly it may be the last , I'd prefer a chic fa la Salad over this , reasoning for this is because the chicken is dry and it has little to no flavor and I paid $12 for a small.

Larger variety of food than other Lebanese restaurants. Very clean. Food, however, is not as hot (in temperature) as should be. Often, the chicken shawarma is in very small pieces. Often too, the plates are generous, but certain servers there on Perkins Rd. are very skimpy in filling the orders. Polite staff but very distant, and never show that they remember you and appreciate your repeat business.

Phenomal! Highly recommend. Sauteed eggplant and toum (garlic paste) is amazing

Representative who took the order was very hard to understand. We’ve had to deal with this specific representative multiple times in the past. She was very rude taking our order, being sarcastic and rushing the order. upon receiving food I had ordered it wasn’t correctly billed on receipt for what I had asked for. I ordered a combination chicken Gyro plate with one side of hummus and pita and I was billed for five side plate After enduring 15 minutes of unsatisfactory service I would like to be personally let y’all be aware This employee has forced me and my family and friends to no longer go to this location at Perkins/Bluebonnet Any longer.

Quick and easy in and out. Food always good good portions many options. Usually get the chicken meal but like several of the eggplant sides as well

If I could describe this location in one word, it would be consistency. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. There's always something good to enjoy here.

I eat here every now and then. I like the food, but be aware that it's on the salty side, especially the gyro. Also, it would be nice if they were a little more careful regarding what pieces of lettuce they use in the salad, as the parts close to the root are hard and bitter and should be discarded. Other than that, I'd say that the portion sizes are good and the prices are reasonable. There is even a drive thru at this location, which is very nice for when I am too tired to get out of the car. The food is brought to you quickly. I am a fan of the tzatziki, hummus, chicken shwarma, and spinach pies. The creamed spinach and pilaf are good. My mom tends to get lentils, too.

Oh my! This place is just perfect! I'm from out of town, and we don't have Serop's where I live. This was recommended by a hotel staffer and I'm glad she did. You get delicious Greek-Lebanese food at very affordable prices (a couple of the meals are priced at $6.95 each), served quickly, by friendly and helpful staff. The beverage station is in the dining area so you can serve yourself with your choice of soda or iced tea (both sweet & unsweetened). I like the Chicken Shawerma (it's grilled). You are free to choose your sides - and they have several to choose from both cold sides or hot sides. I love their sautéed eggplant; the fried cauliflower is good too. Oh, and the pita bread along with Grecian sauce that comes with every meal is enjoyable as well. You will love the food & the price!

Food is great and I'm in and out enough that some of the staff remember me by name now. if you are looking for reasonably priced good food than absolutely worth a stop. PS Make sure you try the Falafel

Good costumer service. Is a combination of Lebanese,Mediterranean and Greek food. It is like a Chipotle type of restaurant, where you order what you like on your plate. You will be able to see the food they are serving you. I like Mujaddara , baba ganoush, chicken, hummus and green beans. Again, you can make your own plate and pay for what you get. Portions are very generous!!!

I swear I go here at least once a week. They are SO QUICK, like less than a minute usually. Love me a Chicken Shawarma Salad and some Mujaddara. LOVE and would always pick Serop’s Express at any location over any other Greek and Lebanese place in town

If you are looking for authentic Greek cuisine/gyros and delicious side dishes, Serop's Express is the place to be! Honestly, the best gyros I've had in a long time! The prices are a little higher than I'd like, but they give you a GOOD portion size (so I can't complain too much)! Only reason I'm giving them a 4/5 is because my partner got corn as a side and it was sour (pretty sure it was expired corn).
