    Food was great as always, but service sucked! As with everyday at Chick, it was double lines to order, but still had to wait over 20 minutes. When I finally got up to the window I was given my drinks and the bag of food and was told "here's your order, thanks!" But, I never had a chance to review my order and by the time I got home I noticed I had only received two thirds the order. Two eight piece nugget meals were only 6 in each and they forgot to include my two large fries. I blame myself, but I would think you could have them tape the receipt (which also wasn't included) to the bag for them to review before whisking the customer away.

    Here employees are fast attending inside and drive tru. very fast drive tru. The big issue here is to keep this place clean. I approach to the manager and I mentioned above the floor I tell him the floor is duty if he can send somebody to clean the floor because is dangerous for customers and the business, after 20 MINUTES somebody clean the floor horrible cleaning work, the garbage cans was full, bathroom full with paper and they don't take action about the situation. I spend there 2 hours and I take action to take pictures to provide this issue.

    Been seeing that darn Chick-fil-A commercial on TV a lot lately. That sandwich looked so good, so today while driving by, I said to daughter, OMG, we need to go in there. Well I guess my talking to the staff about that commercial, the Mgr so kindly offered to get my sandwich meal! thank you Mr Matt Wood, that was so very much appreciated!!

    Chick-fil-A is always fantastic - 12 count nuggets with buffalo dip - that's my go-to.

    On our way back east, we decided to stop by my favorite spot for dinner. We placed our almost $30 order with the first gentlemen who, though he was standing in 54° weather, provide excellent service. When we pulled up to the window/ door, we were not greeted, the two young ladies were simply staring at us and asked for the name on the order. One girl approached us and said that they did not have any cookies left and asked did we want a brownie instead. After I responded no, she did not inform the cashier and we were charged for the cookie. When I checked the receipt and asked for a refund for the cookie, the young lady asked if we did not want it anymore, I told her that the other girl said that they didn't have anymore so she refunded the amount. A manager came over and he apologize, which was the only semblance of pleasant that we receive from our interaction at the window. We were not given a farewell either. Maybe the stores were we live spoil us, but this store has shown us just how special they truly are. The food was lukewarm and the service at the window/door was far from what I expect when I patronize Chick-fil-a. Chick-fil-a is not just a fast food business, it is an experience that I am willing to pay for because I can guarantee that my experience will be top notch, as always. This store fell short and I will never stop at this Chickfila again.

    Just got home to see that my large fry was not filled at all. I go to this cfa all the time and this is the first time this has happened. I try to not be too harsh on them because I myself worked at cfa for 2 years. This is just not acceptable.

    Decent customer service,but this is the smallest chicken patty I have ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A restaurant. If I would have checked my order sooner, instead of miles down the highway,I would asked for my money back.

    They are a bit stingy with their portion sizes. Got a Mac and cheese and it was only half full. Got an ice cream cone and it was so small that it was gone in 5 licks. For what you pay, you think they would just give you what you pay for.

    Organized, efficient, professional. Did I mention efficient? It was nearing lunch rush so the drive thru order line was long but moving quickly. I went inside where there was a nice sized line. It moved quickly. I waited in line maybe 3 minutes before my order was taken. I received my complete order in less than 4 minutes after ordering. I will always come back here. Great experience. Much respect to the entire staff.

    Very clean. Very fast. Very friendly. Holy moly tho why do you have 15-20 employees tripping over themselves at 830am each day? Half the employees had nothing to do and were literally standing around, only moving when they were in the way.

    The food was good, but the service from half of the staff and the hostile atmosphere that they created, due to their palpable racism made this the worst eating experience at a Chick-fil-A. Whenever a patron, that was anything but Caucasian, would walk in, the older Caucasian staff would do their darndest to avoid helping them.

    I drove around the building twice before I figured out how to place an order. It's a cluster-you-know-what. They've got real people standing in lanes in the parking lot taking orders. With all the technology out there, why in the world would they do things like it's 1955? Skip the frustration of the traffic and don't even bother trying to park and go inside to place an order. It's a madhouse in there. It's worthwhile to pay DoorDash to go pick it up.

    Even though the line was long, they moved us thru with ease and quickness. Every attendant was helpful and nice and our order was brought to us with a big smile. I tried to tip and the female taking our money smiled a very big smile and said she couldn't accept that and to please go get the 2 beautiful children with me (my grandchildren) a surprise with the money. Exceptional customer service. If I could give a 10 instead of a 5, I would.

    Food was good, but we always seem to have to pull up and wait when we order chicken straps. They also put my yogurt parfait in the bottom of the bag under the hot food. When I asked why she stated the owner didn't want them to use extra bags.

    My overall experience was great at this restaurant! The building was clean and in good condition, the food was amazing and at the right temperature. And best of all the staff was so polite and went beyond expectation. Especially Mr. Richard who was very kind in serving us. I really do recommend this place.

    Ordered in the drive-thru today, and I seen the employee walk out with my food. Next thing you know she passed me so I said “excuse me” and she kept walking. She had done went to every white car in the line, then tried to bring me the food back to me. So I asked for more food she went and got the manager. He said he would take care of it. Had me wait five extra minutes, and I think it was the same exact food she had tried to give to me in the beginning.

    I love Chick-fil-A and we come here frequently however we have had several times over the last few months where the french fries were either old or barely warm. Hope that does not become the trend because we have supported Chick-fil-A for over 20 years. The chicken nuggets were good this time as usual

    The staff here was wonderful woman working drinks was so sweet. They were packed wall to wall but they were keeping it together very well. (I think I hear someone say imma head back out to the bus 🚌) we frequent this location because of the staff and their ability to handle the rushes.

    Went in for the problem and got our food very very quickly. Overall the service was on point and the food was fresh. All the team members work professional and worked like clockwork The whole time that we were there. Obviously you can’t beat a good Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich.

    We pulled into the drive thru and it was INSANELY busy. We thought for sure it would take at least an hour. Nope. These peeps are super efficient, fast, friendly, and accurate. Won’t hesitate to pull in during busy times!

    Go in, find a table, place my order ( saved from last time) on app, ...oops, low on $ in app. Add $ instantly from credit card saved on app, place order. Your table # shows staff where to bring your order. Arrived at table in 4 minutes at 12;30 lunchtime. Fresh, hot, nice 😁

    I LOVE CHICK-fil-A! If I were to buy a franchise THIS would BE the ONE for ME! The curbside order taker WAS EXCELLENT! The service was GREAT! But the best part was it’s STILL fast food! Your wait time is VERY minimal compared to others. The food as always is quality done RIGHT! Chick-fil-A PLEASE never change your business model may others strive to reach your plateau!

    I did an app order that I waited on for 15 minutes inside the store. There Alot of employees there, but they are slow with no sense of urgency. There were not a lot of customers, and I can see why. Food is good service sucks at the Spanish Fort location, Daphne location is better.

    I'm only giving 4 stars, BECAUSE they really need to make bigger buildings and parking lots. They had 2 drive-thru lines. Granted, they moved quickly. My food was ready before I got there. And I might have spent 10 minutes in line. The anxiety I got from how packed everyone was trying to fit in was a bit much. Also, it was very confusing for a lot of people on where the line started to order and the end where you pick up the food. It was a hot mess that ran pretty smoothly. 🤣

    I. Love. this. place! I swung by just to grab a large lemonade.. As always, the staff was helpful, courteous, and engaging. the drive through line moved quick enough. Chick-fil-A does a nice job on the drive through design. and with the help out and about, makes a good experience.. even if just for a lemonade!!

    I’ve come here multiple times and the customer service is lacking. This is without a doubt the worst Chic-fil-a location in terms of customer service. I love Chick-fil-A but I really dread ordering for the Daphne location. The management must make it miserable for people to work here

    The worse service I've ever experienced. Ask for a military discount she said no. Ok, no problem then she smirk and talked to her co-work that I had the nerve to ask. I was wearing my uniform. I wanted to say something about it. Then the food was cold and smashed together and wrong order.
