Do you like to wait 20-25 minutes for mediocre “fast” food that used to be affordable? Yes?!? Then this is the place for you! But wait there’s more: now featuring up-charging for things like tomatoes on a taco, soft drinks where the syrup mix is way off, understaffed back of house, and front of house staff who say things like “…….” and “……?” no matter what you ask. When you go, you’ll be surrounded by customers who also forgot what a hassle it is to eat there as they wait and wait and wait. (Seriously, avoid this place. Way too slow for tepid food that looks nothing like the menu pics served up by people who obviously shouldn’t be attempting any role where they might have to engage with customers.)

Made us order before even seeing the menu, then wouldn't let us add anything to the order after seeing menu. Didn't even get what we're did order correct all the way. Only saving grace was the fellow at the last. At least hr was polite and courteous.

It's not even about the hour my husband was trying order on Kiosk bcuz they don't take physical orders. That's what he was told by someone from behind the POS where you pay.... That was new to me and the only reason I did not get out was bcuz I wz dressed for the Drive-thru n not inside.... that's why I stayed in my truck. I feel that they need major changes.... I didn't even eat bcuz it was cold when he came out with 3 different orders should have just been 3 combo boxes... one of the orders everything a la carte... of course that was my order..

It's a shame that popular food chain allows burned up and wrong food to be sent out the door for profit. This was the grilled chicken burrito I ordered a bit ago. That's not including the nacho chips they sent that should have been nacho fries. Looks like my trash can will be the only one eating tonight. 😡🤬🙁🤢🤮

They charged us for a Mexican Pizza that we didn't order. When we told the young lady at the window, she told us to keep the Pizza. We told her we didn't want it because we didn't order it, so we weren't paying for it. She folded her arms, started whispering under her breath, and turned her back. A guy told us to pull around and he would refund us. We waited about 10 minutes. We will not be back to this ghetto mess.

Food came out fast. The workers were moving fast and they barely had people in there. Which was good. Nice an friendly to every customer that came in. Even explained a deal to a customer. That's good customer service coming from someone who has been a server and cook before.

OMG! u have to be careful where u eat especially when u can't see them make your food.. I've witnessed a young lady (food cook) fixing burritos with gloves on. With those same gloves, she reached her hands n a bucket with a rag to wipe counter then proceeded to fix burritos.. Omg! Do NOT eat from here

Very terrible service and employees were very very rude. Closed the lobby at 5pm and would not honor any carry out mobile orders. Waited over an hour for a mobile pick up . Also refused to serve ems workers that asked to make an order. Shameful is an understatement.

Taco bell used to be the place to go. Now prices way higher n less food. I got the bean burrito n beans so water down. Running out the ends of my burrito. Sad. Too much shell for beans. Had to throw alot away

The drive thru was fast and efficient. Also, the order was correct. The only thing I can complain about is the mexican pizza, bring it back please.

You should have a way for people who order on the app to pick up without waiting. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line 45 minutes just to be told your out of half the food I ordered. Dine in still not open. This use to be my favorite location.

All the food was good, had the right order which is usually not the case when they had a long line of customers, waited a long time but as expected due to it being the only place open late.

They are literally refusing to do Uber orders and then lying about it and trying to blame the customer that ordered. If you hate your job so much, maybe go get another one?

If this place ever got my order correct I would be so surprised. No matter the order or the time, they will forget something 100% of the time. You can pick up or order from door dash and it’s going to be wrong no matter what.

The order was wrong (incorrect food items) and short (ordered and paid for dozen tacos, but only received ten). The lobby was closed and the only way to fix the order was to get back into drive thru lane, which was long and slow moving. Overall, a horrible experience.

March 11th 2023. 11:45 we ordered a lot of stuff from here and 5 hard tacos were left out of our order. We got everything eles but the tacos. We live about 15 or 20 minutes away. Tomorrow we will be going back to that store to get our money back.

Great experience today and I forgot to order drinks and the lady gave my granddaughter a free drink. She didn't have to do that but she did. Thanks Taco Bell

I had to revise my review. After several visit I can honestly say, the bad food, messed up order, and service are overly sub par. The food is consistently cold, I pay for Supreme, I get regular. I pay for extra meat, which is absolutely necessary at this point, no extra meat. To spend close to $50 at a drive thru for two people and get this bad food. My husband is forbidden from bringing this monstrosity home ever again

The manager is just plain rude. This why we will stop coming to Taco Bell. Tried to order on app and it was showing the store was close. Went into store to place my order. What I want could only be ordered online and the manager said that it was not their problem and nothing can do. I changed my order just to get food. I will not return.

been waiting for someone to take my order for 10mins and they’re just standing there. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Very lazy people.

Closes at 4am. I got there at 3:20am and was told they only have soft and hard tacos which I did not want so I left. Will not be going back.

i love this taco bell so much, sometimes their lines get long but i think its genuinely just because theyre the nicest taco bell around in a busy spot lol. never get my order wrong, always so nice :-) whenever i make an order they usually get it done really quickly
