Very nice establishment and even friendlier staff. Food was good, as it almost always is. Good consistency in quality. Staff member helped me choose a flavor of my shake. Recommend peach, which they era offering for a limited time, and I went for it. Very nice! I recommend you try it out, if you are a “fruity” kind of person :)

I’ve visited chic-fil-a all across the US, thus by far has been the worst experience. Started with the young lady that took the order. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. I believe her name is Ziomari, per my receipt. The guy that handed me the food the window was a little better, not much. My food was horrible. I’m assuming it’s been sitting for some time, the bun was stale hard and I through it in the garbage. The expectation is to provide the same level of service at all locations. This location need to visit other cities and see how they should service customers. In order to do better, you need to see what happens in your stores. Most customer driven business utilize shoppers to be their ears and eyes, if you are using shoppers, have the visit the night crew.

As of April 2023 I have to change my rating from 4 stars to 1. I started eating Chic Fil A only because of the speed of service & customer service. This location is definitely starting to give McDonald's vibes & I don't like it. What's the point of placing a mobile order to still be stuck in line? What's the point of paying on the mobile app just to get to the window for them to charge you again? The staff has changed & so has the atmosphere.

I usually never have a problem at any chick fil a but this location has messed my order up twice before & now this time I got 2 half filled large fries.. if I wanted mediums that’s what I would have ordered. Always check your bag before you leave the drive thru because there is a good chance something is wrong with it.

We are from GA and our sandwiches are high quality. The chicken sandwich was thin/dry and our mac and cheese was watery. This was a struggle Chickfila experience. Just awful.

I absolutely love the customer service here. No matter how long the lines are, they are on it and we are served before we know it. Thanks for the free meals. We appreciate supporting businesses like you. Unfortunately, there isn't as many.

I live in Algiers, and always came to this location because it was the only option. However when Algiers opened I thought it would be a more convenient location. Although this location is convenient the service doesn’t even come close to the Harvey location. Everything from customer service to the presentation of the food, also how the drive through line moves at a fast pace. I am now a permanent Chick-fil-a Harvey customer. Amanda B.

Chic Fila is the place for a quick fried chicken craving. Don’t forget da chic fila sauce. Delicious.

Menu is posted at the head of the drive through line. There is always a long line at meal times and you have to wait until you get there to order which makes your wait longer and the others behind you have to wait longer. The service by all employees is excellent and they could be more efficient if they didn't have to go get menus to give customers because management refuses to put menu signs closer to the end of the lines.

I have experienced multiple instances of poor customer service at this location. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I understand that things happen and that we as humans make mistakes. However, at this location I have come across multiple rude staff members on various occasions. While waiting at the window for my food, 2 of the staff members were joking around as I sat waiting to be greeted. One person turned around as if I had interrupted their conversation. Although it’s great to see the employees enjoying their time at work with their coworkers, this should NEVER come at the expense of the customer. There have been times where I did not receive a portion of my order or received the wrong thing because of this very reason. I also had to wait a while for a mobile order that had been placed at least 30 minutes prior. This isn’t my first time ordering ahead of time through the Chick Fil A app and experiencing longer wait times while trying to pick up my food at this location. I tried filing a complaint with management by calling and leaving a message regarding the mishap in the past and never received any response. This needs to be addressed.

Everytime I come I always seem to catch Luis in the drive though. I love him! He is the sweetest and always has a smile on his face. I just had to give him his flowers!

Sooo, usually Chicfila is a win. But i was disappointed in my "hashbrown/sausage" bowl this morning :( there were plenty eggs, but only 4 little circle hashbrowns and 1/3 of a sausage patty!! Like....i spent over $20 on a biscuit meal and a hashbrown bowl...the bowl was basically a bowl of eggs...and some salsa lol i felt cheaped out even though the prices (of everything) continue to go up :/

My company ordered breakfast food and it was ready promptly, as we had agreed, and the staff was helpful in getting it out to my car. Not surprising for Chick-fil-A, which invariably are quality, but still, this place is great!

Smh… tortilla soup or tortilla mush… What’s really annoying is that whomever scoped it saw it & genuinely could’ve cared less. Who would eat this?

I HAD A HAIR IN MY FOOD. I tossed my food upset so didn’t grab a pic. I got cut in line by 2 cars. No directors or fair game in the lines. Then got my food and the chicken nuggets were undercooked. The crust fell apart from it and the chicken was mostly solid like. Went to pick one up to see if they were all like that and there was a small blonde HAIR. I have black hair. It was UNDER other chicken. Too upset to go back. Writing here since my money was wasted along w my time

Went thru drive thru and was greeted by a young man who personally took our order and finished with "My Pleasure". You don't hear that enough. Kudos to the mom or the training he received. Our breakfast was delicious, chicken on a biscuit with hash browns. Will visit this location again!

It could have been a 5 star but my peach shake tasted like a plain vanilla shake. Since the peach shake is only available for a very short time each year, we were looking forward to them. But mine and my daughter's tasted like a plain vanilla. Not what we asked for or paid for. We've had them before and they normally are very peachy with lots of peach chunks.

The workers are kind and greeted us immediately. There was a slight mix up on my order and instead of becoming defensive and dismissive, Shannon M. Immediately fixed it for my Dad and I. Love the customer service especially coming from out of town!

Not even one star, im so disappointed that i went me and my family and while my wife took a bite from the sandwich she pulled out a hair, called for the manager and he started investigating and finally admit that the hair came from their kitchen, very poor management #Not Clean They lost a customer instead of trying to make it up for us. Never coming back

Great location, good service as to be expected of a Chick-fil-a. Be sure to check your orders before you leave. They tend to forget the simple stuff.

Great service. However, they ALWAYS overfill the bags and tonight when walking inside, the bag ripped and food went all over the ground outside because the bag was overfilled. Please start using bigger bags or multiple bags. Who puts 3 orders inside 1 bag. Apparently Chick Fil A. So, I either eat dirty food tonight, or no food.

This chic fil la staff is the best and this is a great place. Not sure if they’ll see this but my car broke down in the driveway and while of course all the cars angrily hunker at me to get out the way the staff was so nice about helping me jump start my car and get it pushed out of way and even offered cables and a cone to make sure it wouldn’t get towed. i don’t remember the names of all who helped me that night but thank you so much and they were still so friendly and helpful while handling a long line of customers.

If you order through the Chic Fil A app you will get a way better experience. I say that because everyone hates their drive thru. So do i thats why the app saves time.

Chick fil A has an awesome drive thru. Most people are courteous and follow the lineup properly. Those who don't,well For Shame on them

Here's a picture of my two "large" fries. I ordered two large. I received one medium and one "large" that looks more like a medium to me. Also received the wrong sauces.

They are so focused on the line that the quality of the food is dropping. When I pulled up to the window they had bags just setting outside waiting. How is that fresh and hot? My nuggets and fries were cold and the fries taste like they haven't changed the oil in awhile. Chick-fil-A is far so I don't get it a lot. When I do, I expect it to be "so good" and lately they be disappointing

We came here for the playground for the kids and to eat food. The kids place was closed and had tables and boxes where the kids are supposed to play. The kids were not happy at all. See attached photo.

My first time at this restaurant, great customer service! Fast and friendly employees and my food was ready as soon as I arrived at the drive thru window. I was impressed, and my food was hot and delicious!

I came to visit from Houston and I have to tell you the person who operates this location needs to go visit the Houston locations! You go to Chick Fil A because of the service and I had the worst experience at this location! The girl that took my order took forever to take 3 cars while the girl on the other lane took like 15 cars! I get to the window and obviously my food is not ready! They wanted me to move to the front I explained to them I was coming from a 7 hour drive from Houston and the girl took forever to take 3 cars! The lady at the window didn’t even apologize and only gave me two options either move to the front or get a refund! Then the manager (white female with red curly hair) came to the window and stated that some orders are special and take more time! Mind you I had order a kids meal 4 piece and a spicy deluxe sandwich which I don’t know what’s so special of that! When I asked how long it would take they told me two minutes. I told them it was okay for my refund. I submitted a complain and the operator in charge (female) called me and stated her employees did the right thing because they stated I was harassing them, I honestly don’t know if to laugh or get mad! She stated she did see the camera and I didn’t say no bad word but my tone of voice felt like the employees were at threat! It’s really funny to me! I never said a bad word I never called them names, so I don’t know how a female with 3 kids in the car 4”11 could be a threat to them! Honestly now I understand while their employees take forever if the operator or whoever called me that was in charge gave me that reason! I hope one day she goes visit the Houston locations! This location only has two employees taking orders one on each lane! The Houston ones have 2 or 3 employees on each lane taking orders. One just directing the cars, which car to go next and one employee after that giving you your printed receipt and then you get to the window! This location is a joke! Don’t go if you don’t want to have a horrible experience! The managers and operators of this location are the worst in all my years of going to Chik Fil a.
