One of the worst smoothie kings in the area. All the other smoothie kings have your online order ready within 10 mins. They either take 30mins to get it done or say "we never got an online order."

Employee refused to make a bowl. Other employee had to make it. Did not have bananas or pineapple. Rude staff Will not come here again

My co workers and I walked in and we come at least twice a week, one of the girls all but yelled at us about if we were ordering. Last time I come to this location.

Just wanting to know how full your cup is supposed to be I ordered a large and this what I received.

Register down? I’ve been told this happens a lot in the evening when the employees don’t feel like making smoothies.

I ordered a Mango Green Tea Tango, which is my go to! It tasted horrible, as if it was mixed with spoiled milk or something sour. I then asked the workers present to remake my smoothie for the very reason of not tasting like what I ordered; the worker then responded in a condescending manner. I then received another smoothie, which tasted no better and was filled with something gritty and there were seeds. It was as if someone blended the smoothie I just returned with sweetener and gave it back to me. I then asked for a refund. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE!!

The green tea tango was not palate pleasing! This is my go 2 smoothie and this visit it tasted horrible! I understand that the drive thru line was 10 cars deep and social distance in the inside with a wait as well but my smoothie should not have been compromised! Get it together

The smoothies are okay but none of the employees look like they wanted to be there. I was very uncomfortable, then the girl made my smoothie and just walked to the back and never came back. The drive thru girl had to fix my smoothie and about time she put it in the cup it was watery. I just left because I could not look at their faces any more. Don’t work somewhere if you don’t enjoy doing it because their faces were so miserable looking it mad me upset.

Always a good experience, and the smoothies are delicious.

Really weird hours. Store closed at 7. Most people aren't done and evening work out after work until 7, but their lobby was closed. However the drive through was open on the side where a family of 5 was STANDING outside of the window placing an order. Seems strangely inconvenient.

They promote smoothie bowls but they never have it no matter what time of the day you show up… it’s crazy I think they should take this item off the menu because it’s ridiculous at this point

The one Star is to notify the Health Department, OSHA, & BBB! Who prepares food in darkness & dirty blenders? There’s no light in the building, no light in the staff, or the Owner.. please Stay away from this place !
