Great customer service from Shana and Jamila clean property very professional and friendly will recommend to friends

Just an awful manager When I moved in this storage place the building was new now it is in a disrepair even the front sign blew down and never fixed broken stuff everywhere, the woman in the office has always been overly rude to me and today takes the cake. I just don’t ever go in the office because there is absolutely no help from her ever, and she is always ready to fight. Here’s what happen… I went up front to get and Idea when they were going to fix the door in the back of this place it is left unlocked and has been for over eight months. Her answer to me was “leave the office” I asked only “when you will be locking the place up” and she said. “leave the office now” I did not argue but I called the police to see if they could help and maybe give me an answer, she told the police that she did not have to lock the place up even though on my contract it say I‘m responsible in insure the door I use is locked when I leave the faculty. She handed me an eviction has no move out date, where is my last month rent and I was being evicted because my girlfriend had a cigarette outside This reflects the trouble you are going to have here, just be aware and beware. I moved in Dec 1st 2018 always paid rent onetime kept to myself evicted for girlfriend smoking outside on 9/13/2022 I think it was vindictive eviction how about you, don’t care I found a better place space: #1196 $320 per month

Customer service was above approach, very helpful and at figuring out our needs and guiding us to the appropriate size storage room

My experience here at Life Storage Marrero was amazing. By far the best service I've had in the area. I highly recommend this facility and their awesome representative, she was the absolute BEST!

I would recommend NO ONE use this facility. It used to be lifestorage and the customer service was awesome, the pricing was fair and I gelt my items were safe. I was able to pay my bill online. NOW you can't reach anyone by phone. No bill pay online and they've increased my fees by 30.00 double charging me for insurance. Do yourself a favor avoid this one at all costs.

Kushana and Jamila were very friendly, and professional. I originally reserved a smaller unit the ladies were kind enough to help me find the perfect fitting unit that worked better for me. I give them both 10 stars!

SHANA AND JAMILA are the most amazing women at this facility. They are kind, extremely helpful and bend over backyards to get you into a unit, they are amazing women and both deserve to be treated as such. This facility stays clean, easy to access , safe and secure.

Ms Jamila was VERY VERY polite,courteous, informative, and did everything humanly possible to make sure my experience was pleasant. She also did what she could to find me a unit close to the elevator bc of my disability. He personality and demeanor is very welcoming .she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I went into the establishment with my guard up bc they usually have an attitude from past experiences. But not this time. I didn't even want to do autopsy this time bc I wouldn't mind going in just to talk to Ms jamila especially on a bad day.she also called me after I made the reservation online just to confirm. Having dedicated employees with exceptional customer service skills is a plus for any company. If I had my own business I would definitely come for her.oh and this is the first time I actually handled business like this on my own,I usually have someone do it for me so u kno I was going into the establishment agitated bc I'm doing this for the first time but she made my experience soooo freaking easy.thank u so much. Because of her I'm going to be a lifetime Life storage customer even if I don't need my storage unit anymore imma keep it just bc of Ms Jamila and her pleasant attitude, exceptional customer service skills,and welcoming demeanor. My visit with Jamila was pretty good, she walked me through and showed me where my storage unit was, she thoroughly explained everything to me and she also helped me with a lock issue I had.

Over the years I have used this facility many times and I have never encountered a problem. The staff is always friendly, especially Ms Jamila. She provides professional customer service and is alway polite and pleasant. The facility and grounds is always clean and accessible whenever I need it.

The women that work there are very nice and they keep that place clean. Will go back there due cause of the great customer service. 🙂

From the first day 6/25 I incorrectly went to the wrong location, not paying attention online. Dreading the additional drive, Ms. Jamila's persona made it worth it. She's been helpful since day one.
