Been on the phone waiting to talk to someone for over an hour. Crazy part is they called me then decided to hang up before I even got the chance to answer the phone. I HATE this clinic with a passion.

Every single time i come here i always have issues with the front desk. The doctors and nurses are great but the women that work at the front desk are the worst. Last time i came here they were laughing and talking bad about patients and not checking anyone in due to the great time they were having. today i had an appointment and as soon as i walked in they told me to sit down so i didnt get to check in or anything even though they weren’t helping anyone else. I sat there for 30 mins then a white guy came in and they helped them right away. After they finished helping them i told them that i never got checked in and was told to sit down as soon as i stepped foot in the door. I really do hate this place with a passion because they waste my time and have bad attitudes. I hate that this is the only one i have in my city and i hate coming to this place simply because of the people at the front desk.

Every time I have gone here they have treated me with the up most respect and were very helpful. The staff is friendly and my appointment usually last about an hour which is great that way im not there all day. Their new location is very nice and much more spacious and they accept most insurances I also like that they have services for men also. I would recommend this clinic for anyone in need of services.

I visted PP for the first time today for an annual wellness visit. Everyone was kind and I was seen right on time. Michelle, the NP, spent lots of time patiently answering my questions and performing the exam. I am thankful for quality, affordable care!

My gynecologist sent me Planned Parenthood because I needed the HPV Vaccine. I set an appointment. When I arrived the staff was professional and knowledgeable about the vaccine, I received the vaccine that may save my life. I truly appreciated the service. Thank you, Planned Parenthood.

I was in so much pain with a yest infection for months or longer until she look under microscope great doctor first time being put under a microscope then I had no symptoms but the world has information I had that medicine a billion times and it must no work or nasty man keeps yest

This was my first time here. I was nervous at first after seeing the reviews, but I still decided to go, and I am glad I did. My experience was amazing! Everyone was so sweet, kind, and answered any questions I had. I went in to get birth control, and everything was fast, quick, and painless. Y'all are doing an amazing job.

It takes days to almost a week to get an appointment. Only for appointment to be canceled due to not having enough doctors on staff that day. Took STD screening and rescheduled. One test came back positive. They refused to call a prescription in saying I needed to come in to be seen. They have lab confirmed results so be seen for what? Had to wait 5 more days with a positive result to get treated (this is not including the time it took for the test result to come back). I can see why Louisiana STD rate is at an all time high. No where else have I had lab results to come back requiring medication and had to go back to the doctor to be seen for treatment. They stated coming in for treatment was my only option. No it wasn't. They had the results, why couldn't a prescription call to my local pharmacy been placed so that I could immediately be treated and not have to wait an additional 5 on top of the already 10 days. If I didn't want to go back in for a visit then they would have denied treatment. There's NOTHING they can say; the damage is done. Talking to an attorney for medical malpractice and refusal of immediate treatment.
