If you're a new patient, or trying to be, don't bother. I used their "Request Appointment" form on their website when I found them on the weekend. After not receiving a call on Monday I called them and received a message that the office was on lunch break. I left my name and number and never received a call back.

Dr. Nadal is very thorough and keeps you informed every step of the way. The office staff is friendly and I was able to get a quick appointment for an evaluation and then schedule surgery very easily.
