Excellent experience - Dr. O'Shea is empathetic, listens to concerns or issues, and makes helpful suggestions. Very thorough exam. Easy office to work with and would definitely recommend.

I took my one year old son to Advanced Audiology to be evaluated for hearing issues. From the moment we walked in everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We saw Dr.Brady and she was kind, caring, and most of all- patient. I was highly impressed with how smooth everything went and with all of the equipment they were able to use to properly evaluate my son. I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz and his team! They are true caring professionals. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Dr Biordi is the best in her field. My husband Jim and I absolutely adore how patient and helpful she is with our daughter, Lily. We’ve struggled for years to convince our child to actually wear her hearing aids. She is hearing impaired and struggles a lot in school when she doesn’t wear them. She would refuse because it wasn’t “cool” or ”normal” for someone her age to wear them. (Shes in high school) Dr Biordi came highly recommended by a family friend so we gave her a shot. To make a long story story short my daughter LOVES her, she’s actually excited to go to her doctors appointments and we couldn’t be happier. We drive all the way from Suffolk, Long Island and its 100% worth it. We look forward too it actually!

What a wonderful facility! The doctors are amazing and so is their receptionists. I attended an appointment with family and they were very welcoming and helpful. Whenever we call with any concerns they are always willing to squeeze us into their schedule. I definitely recommend them for all your hearing needs!

This was my first time at Advanced Audiology, and the entire staff (especially June and Dr. Gorelik) and experience were wonderful. Dr. Gorelik was very thorough during my appointment and excellent with my hearing aid installation. I even received a follow-up call afterwards to ensure that everything was in order. I have not had much success in the past with other audiology centers, so I am relieved to know that my hearing/ears are in great care moving forward. Thank you, Advanced Audiology. Wonderful facility! I had an amazing experience with Dr. Biordi. She was super attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. When I had questions, she was patient and walked me through everything. I’m super pleased and would definitely recommend her!

The staff was prompt and courteous for my appointment.The office was clean, everyone was wearing a mask even though they had been vaccinated. They offered numerous options to help with my hearing issues, spending the time to make sure that the solution I picked ( with their guidance) accomplished what I needed. Thank god. Dr Biordi and her staff were absolutely awesome. I recently had some hearing issues from my job. Being relatively on the young side I was very self conscious about this issue and kept putting off my family telling me to go get it checked out. After numerous attempts and recommendations by my family I finally decided to give it a shot and made an appointment. Thank god I did. Dr Biordi was totally awesome and professional. She made me feel super comforted and reassured that my hearing issues wasn’t the end of the world and I can get back to normal. I can’t speak for everyone, but I would highly recommend them to anyone who struggles, especially to younger people going through this. WERE NOT ALONE! No more “huh’s and whats?!” There’s awesome people out there to help us and DR. B is one of them!

My family and I had an amazing experience at advanced audiology of NY specifically because of Dr. Biordi. My father purchased hearing aids from a different facility which ended up closing because of COVID leaving us with nowhere to go for adjustments. Dr. Biordi was so extremely kind in helping us. She was thorough, professional, very understanding and patient. She eventually adjusted my dad’s hearing aid to perfection. During our next visit, we inquired about buying another aid. Before sitting down, Dr. Biordi had already prepped for us by reviewing our last few visits and was super prepared to provide us all of our options. She was very honest and helped us make the best and most financially appropriate decision. We highly recommend and look forward to working with Dr. Biordi for as long as she is in practice.
