Came here with friends to watch the New Black Pantha 2 movie. Movie was Great I definitely recommend seeing it. Movie theater was clean and comfortable

The theater itself is good in terms of seating, video, and audio. However, they need to work on the display screens, the bathrooms, and the arcade. The screens above the theaters don't work. The screens above the concession stand don't work. One of the bathrooms is out of order, and the arcade has more games out of order than those that function. The staff, however, are friendly and courteous helpful. Really hope they can fix those issues above shortly.

Tuesday evenings at this cinema when visiting St Kitts has become my normal routine. It is so refreshing to enter such a clean and well maintained cinema that wouldn't look out of place in a major city. My last two visits have been a joy sitting in soft seats that recline the moment one leans back. Caribbean Cinemas is a nice venue to sit and watch a movie.

Modern, comfortable and great sound quality

They show the latest releases on the very day they're released. What's more, the quality of the cinema rooms themselves are American-quality; the chairs are comfortable and even lean back, the screen size and quality is great, and the audio is also what you'd find in any regular cinema. Their food is even standard cinema food. This place will not disappoint!

The movie are always great. But so many restrictions. Can't go in with tee shirt tops couldn't take in my local drink . Even though you are buying a drink. Can't get a large Cup of ice because the drink is for a small glass, what's all that nonsense about.

It's ok, nothing special. Took the kids to see the little mermaid, nothing special about the hot dogs I make better at home, popcorn was ok.

Arrived at 5:20 for the 5:35 sonic, walked up the glass where 3 colleagues were, one appearing to be the supervisor or manager on duty was greeted was completely ignored. Tried to get the attention of the supervisor after one of the attendants stated that she just came back from vacation and don't know what time they're opening. He was clearly frustrated by something and asked about the show time for Sonic 3 and if it was still on. He stated yes and they're setting up. After 30 minutes of waiting with the kids, he came out and confirmed that she system is down and he's working with IT to get it back up and running but they cannot sell tickets or use the arcade while they sort it out. Other customers came and the service repeated. I understand how it can be sometimes. There should be a manual way to operate when systems go down, occupy the families time in the arcade while we POS gets back up and keep the show on the road! Movies starting late already so any delays with children movies is more stress for the parents and bed times. P for Poor

One of my favorite places because it's the cinema but they need to work on the policies, domino's pizza is not even there anymore because of management not allowi g same plaza food joints in the cinema. Customer service is always average, can't expect much. Always clean, even the bathroom. There is always something wrong with the arcade, either the coins machine is not working or some games. PLEASE BRING BACK THE FOOD TRAYS! Props for finally getting the card machine like why not allowed before? I understand inflation but the prices for the food are getting ridiculous! I think they should be more involved in the community, sometimes it's very empty. They do have cheaper days for the movies i think its Tuesdays and Thursdays, i dont remember which is all caribbean countries that has this cinema.

Went to watch mission impossible on August 1st 2023 and they said it's not showing even tho the website said its showing at 8:50 pm. Ruined my entire night. How the hell people suppose to know what's showing and what's not showing? Currently the only way to find out what's showing is to go to the theater and ask because not even the screen in the ticket booth which suppose to show what's showing and the time is not working

Pretty decent movie theatre .. Air conditioned rooms, clean facility's, friendly staff, surround sound in the theatre rooms. The arcade needs a bit of help tho. Broken and outdated machine that never seem to get fixed. Definitely needs replacing. Hence why only 4 stars. Other than that pretty good experiences from past visits :).
