Today was my fourth treatment in 2 months going every 2 weeks, my skin is completely free of acne and inflammation, and now I’m moving on to work on my hyperpigmentation. My experience with Ela has been life changing. I went twice so far for for 2 personalized acne treatments. I was very impressed with the initial consultation because she was very honest and professional. She was able to point out exactly the things that were bothering me on my skin and was able to come up with a treatment plan. She is very genuine and calming to be around. She also gave me recommendations on what products to use and how to use them. I have been using them for 3 weeks and I am loving the results. I have done so many facials in the past but only she was able to bring results. This palce is awsome!! I highly recommend especially who has skin conditions like balckheads, whiteheads, acne, pores etc. She is very knowledgable and very cooperative explained everything before she start and suggest what we need to be done to get better depending on the skin condition and skin tone. Could not recommend Ela enough! Honestly this was one of the best facials I received, I booked an appointment super last minute and she accommodated me as soon as she could! Her space was super relaxing and clean and the atmosphere she created was simply wonderful. Ela did such an amazing job not only explaining each step of what she was doing but also recommending the perfect skincare regimen for me. After my facial she texted me detailed recommendations on aftercare, what to eat and drink, and skincare recommendations. The next day she checked on me to see how I was doing, this shows that she genuinely cares about what she is doing and the people she provides services to. This was my first time getting a microneedling facial and I honestly will be back for sure! It's very hard finding a good spa for facials in Rockland County, but not anymore. Ela is the best without a doubt!
